My name is *******************. On the Date of Jan. 23, 2023 I went to Mavis to get my tires changed. I parked in a parking spot in front the store and waited inside the store to speak to an store associate about ordering my tires for my *** 750.As Im waiting in the store for about 15mins talking to another customer. Their was a commotion in front the store, I look outside and the manager for the store Mavis, the manager name is ************** guess just finish servicing another customer car but forgot to put the customer car in park. So In which when he hopped out the car, the customers car rolled back and hit my car, damaging my whole front bumper and headlight. At the moment I ran out the store to confront the Manager that was driving the customer car. Which I was upset because I just came to get my tires fixed. But was calmed down by the assailant aka the manager telling me they have a million dollar insurance policy and that they would fix my car with no is***s. That was 5 months ago. I exchanged number with the manager who I text and talk to for updates about getting my car fixed. He promised to to get corporate to handle the situation in a week or two, but *** been receiving the run around ever since. I was forced to stay out here in GA to fix the situation but it was never resolved and I live in ********. I just feel like my patience has run thin and need this situation to be escalated immediately.I dont want to make this a civil matter or try to *** the company but I need some attention on the matter before we take things to the next level.
