***** is the new manager and he understands business and he is great. I will be coming back to him.

I was taken for $150 after being told that if I buy a set of tires I could get a $200 rebate from ********* No statement was made to me that the offer is "up to $200". I made it clear several times during our conversation that as long as I get the $200 rebate, then the price of these tires will be just below the price quoted by the competition. After I went online to ******** tires after getting the tires, I learned that I had to purchase the tires with a ******** credit card and my tires were not listing under the $200 rebate. All said and done, all I could claim was $50. I was conned with this purchase and when I called the Mavis complaint line they took my complaint and said they would look into it. No communication has resulted. I have also sent 3 followup emails with no responses. It has been over 4 weeks now and at this point I can suggest that they conned me.

Mavis in Riverside ** is exceptional. Today ***** and ***** were extremely helpful. The entire staff is accommodating. The atmosphere is great and you leave there with a positive attitude which makes you ready to return as well as recommend them to friends. Have been a happy customer for many years.*******

Mavis tire in **************. Total ripoff. Always trying to sneak in an upsell even when you decline it. Tried charges ** ****** for an oil change.

Be prepared You will be taken advantage of. One loose bolt will cost you hundreds of dollars in labor and hundreds more in parts. There is no stopping them. Large turn over and employee advancement and relocation conceals the heavy abusers of customer deception so you dont know who youre going to get. Some mechanics will discount and talk the talk giving coupons and preferential treatment. Careful when they walk you out to the garage to show you something, thats the killing field where they seal the deal using scare tactics and misleading information. Remember you drove your car in you can still drive it out ! Never enter into an agreement you cant afford without getting a second opinion. NEVER GET ANYTHING FLUSHED! Major scam used on everyone that enters the shop! Beware be warned. They are a tire place Buy tires from them all day they are great. Inspections open the door to chaos. Repeat after me no thanks my son does all my work I leave 1 star for tire service not for price but for convenience 0 stars for dragging me out to see my car on the lift that needs hundreds of dollars of repairs because the mechanic left the rear toe adjustment bolt in such a position to make my rear tire point out to the side. He told me I had a bent control arm and it needed replacing. Fortunately they we to busy to order the part and after two days I just got it home and went to ******** 10 min later it was fixed!I feel so abused and deceived. *** spent so much money over the years with my four Volvos at Mavis. I know what they do I sit in the shop and listen to the speeches and sales pitchs. I just try to pick and choose what my time is worth and maybe toss them a break job here and there but its never 100% always a vibration or a clicking but I can live with that. Better than doing it myself in my driveway in the snow. I feel so much better now Thanks for letting me work that out.

I went in to get a friend in alignment. Check engine light was not on after they done the front. End element the chick engine light. Come on and was on I went back. They said they couldn't turn it off. I would never absolutely never use Mavis tire again when they have turned it off before. For me

I have been to mavis multiple times for one issue that I has not been resolved.. I was referred to the regional manager and after a month no one has reached out to reconcile the issue. I think they recommend services you dont need and it makes the consumer come back and spend more money on labor and inflated part prices .. Now after almost 2000 dollars for one issue . I dont want to spend more money .. I feel like I am owed money cause it shouldnt take five trips to two different stores..

The employees at Mavis in ******* were all very friendly,courteous,knowledgeable, and beyond helpful. Saved my day. I will be using them for all future repairs etc. I would definitely recommend their service. *********

After purchasing a set of four tires from them, I encountered a defective tire shortly after that. What ensued was a frustrating journey through their abysmal customer ********************** process.Upon discovering the defect, I contacted Mavis Tire immediately, hoping for a swift resolution. Instead, I was met with indifference and a lack of urgency. It took multiple attempts to get someone on the phone, and when I finally did, the representative seemed more inconvenienced by my call than concerned about my issue.Once I managed to schedule an appointment to inspect the defective tire, I was disappointed. Not only did the manager refuse to acknowledge the defect as their responsibility, but they also dared to demand payment for the warranty and balancing of the tire, even though it should have been covered under their warranty policy.Mavis Tire's management's (Antron) lack of accountability and empathy is appalling. Instead of rectifying their mistake and providing the customer ********************** they boast about, they chose to squeeze every ***** out of a customer already dealing with a defective product.In addition to the financial burden imposed on me, the entire ordeal was time-consuming and emotionally draining. It is disheartening to see a company prioritize profits over customer satisfaction and basic decency.I will never patronize Mavis Tire again, and I strongly advise others to avoid their subpar products and appalling customer **********************. A company that fails to stand behind its products and treats its customers disdainfully does not deserve anyone's business.
