I bought brand new tires from here little less than a year ago. I have had to put air into my tires every month. I went in today to see if I can get a tire replacement since I bought warranty for my tires and the manager stated no. I could not

Attempted to rob me. Took my car in for annual inspection and failed it for the following reasons. Told me 2 of my tires were at 3/16 and the other 2 were at 4/16. My battery was "testing bad". My back drum breaks were at 3mm and my wipers were streaking. Given a quote of $661 to get everything fixed to pass inspection. When taken to another garage, all 4 of my tires came back at 8/16. My battery, while corroded(which they cleaned), was fine and pulling a good charge. And my back drum breaks measured in over 4mm. I personally tested my wipers for streaking and didn't see any. This place is criminal. Please, please, please don't let yourself be conned by this place. The only reason I even second guessed them in the first place is when they told me they had to fail it because of my battery which has nothing to do with inspection.

They failed my *** inspection saying I needed brakes. Gave me an estimate of $539 for parts and labor. Fortunately, my husband is a mechanic and he took a look and said they were fine. Brought it to another inspection site and it passed. I'm glad I am not gullible and trusted my instincts. This location in ********** takes advantage of people! Be aware!!

I wouldn't have stopped at Mavis but the failure happened in front of their shop. My brake booster failed and apparently I also needed front rotors and pads. They say they purged the brake fluid and replaced the rotors and pads. God only knows. Then sent me home after ordering a booster for the next day. Have you ever driven a truck with no power brakes? Next day they replaced the booster, by the way they don't use fender covers, greasy finger prints all down the side. After that the brake lights wouldn't turn off so I went back in. They got the brake lights working and I left to pick up my wife's car at another shop. At Showrime Performance Automotive we went in to pick up my wife's car and I told them the brakes were fading to the floor when I got there and I left it with them. They called me the next day and told me It was fixed but they couldn't charge me. The booster was in with no bolts tightened and one missing. Also the brake master cylinder was on with no bolts tightened and one missing. The mechanic that tightened the bolts said he could place his hand behind the brake boost assembly. It should be flat on the firewall.

I got an oil change at the ************ (**************) location last Tuesday. The tech left my gasket off the drain plug causing oil to leak out and warning lights to come on. *** only paid for replacement of drain gasket even though **** informed of other leaks oil related that were not an issue before service. The DM of the store has not contacted or responded about my service or experience. Mr. ****** (DM) seemed very annoyed and upset that his techs made a mistake. I now have a valve cover gasket and vacuum leak that I know happened during service. Inexperienced unprofessional techs have caused damage to my car. This is the only location I have received service for oil changes since I purchased this car in October. There have been no issues or leaks until now. I also still have not been refunded the 120$ for the cost of service I was promised. I want all issues regarding oil leaks that occurred from service fixed immediately. I am also reaching out to an attorney about this experience.

Buyer Beware! We trusted this company to put in a failed tire sensor. They installed it and then told us the other three sensors needed to be replaced. How could they tell? The sensor is inside the tire and they would have had to take every tire off the rims to know that! Then they told us they could not reprogram the one sensor. We left with a $139+ bill and the dashboard light still on. We went to another auto shop to see if they could reprogram the new sensor. They discovered that it was defective and could not be programmed. They offered to replace it which we did and for $120+ we had them replace them all since the age of our car did warrant that they would all be drying out and failing in the future. The reprogramming came at no additional charge. We are fighting to have Mavis refund our credit card but fear we may have to resort to a formal complaint with BBB or *************************** to get a favorable resolution.

My front end was not fixed properly, and I was charged for services that my vehicle did not need. I had three visits to have my vehicle fixed as parts were faulty and or not installed correctly. I was charged for struts that did not need replacing. After my front end was replaced and repaired several times the original issue that I brought my vehicle in for persists. My vehicle was never properly diagnosed and repaired. I am totally ****** off after spending $2751.36 for absolutely nothing! I am literally driving around with and unsafe front end! I have pictures of the replacement parts showing that parts were installed incorrectly provided by the ****** dealership.

I brought my ****** Sentra here for a *** inspection. They failed it for a left lower ball point. My boyfriend replaced it and then I brought the car back to have it inspected again. Beacon Mavis then failed it again and stated both sides needed to be fixed despite me having paperwork from two days earlier that said only the left side needed to be replaced. I then brought the car to Mavis Fishkill and it passed inspection without any issues. Also, while I was waiting at Beacon Mavis the second time to get the car inspected, a guy came in and was mad because they failed his car on Tuesday and said he needed brakes. He said he bought brake pads and brought them to his mechanic and his mechanic said nothing was wrong with his brakes.

They worked with me to find a price I could afford.
