      As per 15usc 1611 Experian TransUnion and Equifax is criminally obligated. They are affably obligated for twofold the measure of the money charge as per 15 usc 1640.Furthermore, they are at risk for each fdcpa infringement as per usc 1692k. I'm requesting they eliminate this supposed obligation from my shopper reports, transmit installments to me for infringement. A supposed obligation being outfitted on your "credit" report is an infringement of 15 usc 16922b.(2) it is likewise publicizing to certain installment. Which is illicit. I'm requesting that you eliminate these Transactions from my report promptly as they are an infringement of my privileges as a governmentally protected purchaser under title 15 section 41.       The underlying company 1st Franklin Finance currently appears on my Transunion Equifax and Experian Credit Report as an account I did not open. It was open due to identity theft in which Experian, Transunion and ******* has forwarded theft documents receive from me to 1st Franklin Finance early August 2024 in which they have not complied under Federal law Fair Credit Reporting Act as it relates to identity theft. I have tried every possible way to resolve this matter amicably with 1st Franklin Finance. As 1st Franklin Finance have violated federal law, by not providing the credit bureau ******** Credit reporting agency notice to have there company name removed from my credit report due to identity theft. If this matter persist I will would be seeking compensation in damages per violation, ( Defamation, Negligent Enablement of identity Fraud, Violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( including but not limited to Section *****) Violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( including but not limited to Section 623-a-F3.

      I had start receiving junk mail from 1st Franklin Financial. They were encouraging people to take out a loan. I have asked these companies to stop harassing me with this junk mail to get us to take out a loan with them. This is harassment. I have No desire to take out a loan with 1st Franklin Financial. No means No. I would like to file a complaint against 1st Franklin Financial for harassment and have them remove my name and mailing address from their mailing list.

      Recently, I did an investigation on my credit report and found several items on there to be inaccurate. Under 15 U.S. Code 1681e (b)Accuracy of report Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report, it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure the maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates. 15 U.S. Code 1681i (5) Treatment of inaccurate or unverifiable information(A)In general if, after any reinvestigation under the paragraph (1) of any information disputed by a consumer an item of the information is found to be inaccurate or incomplete or cannot be verified, the consumer reporting agency shall-(I)promptly delete that item of information from the file of the consumer, or modify that item of information, as appropriate, based on the results of the reinvestigation; and (ii)promptly notify the furnisher of that information that the information has been modified or deleted from the file of the consumer.       I reviewed my consumer report and informed your agency on May 15, 2024 about the items I disputed.       Im along time customer of this company and have done business with them for about 10 years. I have referred several people to this company including my husband whos had an account for 4 years now. There is a new employee there that has the nastiest attitude. This lady calls me for payment at 8am and Ive asked before to be setup on auto pay. I have two small children and asked for them to not be woke up at the crack of ****. Ive always paid my bill, theres never been a problem collecting money from me after all of this time. I pay my bill and my ************************* every month. I asked for management and the lady told me there is no manager at that location. *** asked to hold for ***** because she knows me and she told me no I cant hold. *** emailed ***** and have not heard from her either on this matter. Its been about a week and I cant get in touch with anyone to pay my bill due to me not wanting to call and speak to this rude lady. I would love for the owner or someone in charge to give me a call.

      Tried to get secured collateral loan using my vehicle appraised at 4800. Ask for 2000 was told in denial collateral was not enough for loan and my income wasnt either which I make 3400 a month verified to office.       I am rejecting this response because: when I spoke to ***** on 7/12 she continued to tell me that my denial was due to my credit history not what was falsely stated in my denial letter she also stated they use kpower to come up with vehicle value I looked up my car on kpower and found it to be within the value of the loan I requested therefore 1st Franklin untruthfully denied my loan application.
