    I have been here for about 3 years and God willing this will be my final year. Every year I have been here the maintenance has gotten worse and worse. When I initially moved in there was water puddling under my kitchen sink, mold/ hair in the bathrooms, and staining on the sinks tops and the carpets were SOAKED FOR DAYS after being cleaned. I use that term loosely because my apartment smelled like urine for MONTHS. To this day my dishwasher has not been used because theres some calcified substance all over the interior! The popcorn ceilings continue to crack and crumble, my bathroom ceiling is literally black with mold. My walls have mold! Theres mold stains near the vents and they dont seem to treat the source of the problem they just clean it so you dont see it. My AC leaked water and they swiftly repaired it but I used this loosely because my apartment was left A MESS! Debris was left everywhere!! But I guess they did the job so no big deal! I have recently reported mice in my kitchen and NO one has shown up to resolve this issue! Not one person! But theres ***** matter all over my canned goods and pastas (I cook frequently but have been reduced to now relying on drive thrus). Dont get me started on the roaches!!! I would NEVER recommended this business to ANYONE because its a literal health hazard to live here! The community itself my neighbors are amazing - THE MANAGEMENT IS TRASH! I dont even think we have a property manager! I think we only have a leasing agent what power does he have!?! And if you ask for a manager no one calls back. Emergency maintenance wont even answer your calls if you have an emergency!They need new management. They need a REAL maintenance team and maintenance MANAGER!!!
