    I ordered 2 t-shirts on January 28th reference number RF #*****. I received one t-shirt 2 weeks later. One t-shirt I haven't heard anything about. I've tried calling, and emailing several times they never respond. They obviously are in over their heads, and can't handle business pressures. There are numerous people saying the exact same thing. At this point I want a refund. The t-shirt I did receive fits like it has shoulder pads in the sleeves. So they obviously bought t-shirts with the shoulder area too large for the size size of the shirt, which means their quality is going down like their customer service. They have always been poor at getting products to customers. Anyone can just remake their t-shirts on other websites just as easy. Who cares about their brand logo anyways. It represents junk atm. I want my money refunded, so i don't have to deal with this company ever again.....

    We are in complete disagreement with the claims made in this complaint.

    Our policy regarding exchanges and refunds are clearly articulated on our website.

    Additionally we do not include shoulder pads with our clothing.

    We advise this customer to contact us by phone or email to get a better understanding regarding these matters as soon as possible.

    On December 11, 2022 I placed an order RF# ***** for six items; the tracking number was **** **********************. . On December 23, 2022 I received a delivery with only five of the six items I purchased, the inventory slip in the package also reflected that I ordered six items as well as my receipt. On December 27, 2022, I emailed ************************************* to inform them of my missing merchandise. I also included pictures of the delivered items and the inventory slip that was included with the package which showed five of the six items checked off. ************* responded the next day offering three options to rectify their mistake: 1) immediate shipment upon restock (***** days), 2) replacement of the order with an alternative design t-shirt, and 3) store credit. On January 3, 2023 I emailed back to choose option 1) immediate shipment upon restock. The same day ************* responded and confirmed that prioritized tracking info will be emailed to me at the time of shipment. That was the last of the communication. I have followed up with the company with several emails (no response), I have tried calling the phone number countless times (no answer), and I have reached out via social media multiple times and have not received any response at all.

    Customer ordered several items which were shipped in (2) separate parcels.

    Based on **** records, each parcel was shipped and delivered without incident.

    On January 3, 2023 I placed an order for 2 crewneck shirts. Description is #TBT - ********************* and **** Crewneck in the amount of $100.70 for both shirts. The order # is Order #RF #*****. As of January 27, 2023 I have not received my order. I have sent several emails asking for a status on my order or a refund and have not heard anything back from customer service. They have a number listed on their website but when you call it's a generic voicemail stating they are busy fulfilling orders and to send a message to ****************************************************** I've sent messages to that address as well as ************************************* and no response. I have my confirmation where I placed order and my card was charged for $100.70, but no shirts.

    Hello,

    We are unclear why we are receiving this fraudulent complaint.

    The customer filed a chargeback with their credit card company although their package was shipped.

    The customer has already been refunded in full and our garments are missing.

    There is no further action we can take to resolve this complaint.

    I placed an order for 2 sweatshirts on December 1, 2022, to gift to my dad for Christmas. Their website states it takes **** business days to ship. On December 20, 2022, I emailed them to let them know I have not received my order. That day they sent 1 of the 2 items I purchased which barely got here before Christmas. I am still waiting on my 2 item, I have sent emails and called and NO ONE has reached out to me. I DO NOT WANT THE SECOND ITEM, I want my money back!

    Ordered a shirt on 11/21/22. Was charged on 11/22/22. Email confirmation states orders ship in **** business days. It also states if you dont receive shipping confirmation after 14 business days to contact customer service. I contacted them twice, providing my order number and requested an updated. Never heard back. Also sent a DM on Instagram and never heard back. Its 12/21/22 and I dont have a response or my merchandise. Order RF #*****.

    I placed an order on 11/28 with the expectation of having the items shipped within 7 to 10 business days. It is 12/15 and I still have not received a shipping confirmation. I purchased the items as Christmas gifts for my nephews and at this rate they wont be here in time if at all. I made a purchase from them last year with no problems. So I didnt think to read reviews prior to purchase. Otherwise I would not have made the purchase. They are required by law to ship within the timeframe on advertised on their website or provide updates on delays. I have not received any update from them. Ive emailed them twice and called 3 times. But no answer. Please ship my items or give me a refund. I will not be purchasing any more items from this business.
