    I ORDERED FROM REFRESHED COLLECTION ON 4/14/2023 IN THE AMOUNT OF $98.41 (ORDER#RF45491). STILL NO PARCEL. I REACHED OUT AND RECEIVED EMAILS ON 4/27/2023 AND 5/18/2023 SAYING THERE WAS A DELAY, BUT MY ORDER WAS GOING OUT WITH AN EXTRA PIECE OF PARCEL FOR MY INCONVENIENCE. AS OF TODAY, 6/6/2023, STILL NO PARCEL OR REFUND.PLEASE ASSIST AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

    I have contact this company several times to email to text messages ****************** and have not got a response. All I want is my money back I ordered two sweaters back in January

    I purchased a sweat shirt from this ***************** 27, 2022. I never received the product. I contacted the company on December 14, 2022. They responded on December 28th saying that a mistake was made and they did not have any in inventory and asked me if I wanted to wait ***** days for a restock or get a store credit. I opted to wait for the restock. I waited several weeks and contacted the company again on February 8, 2023 with no response. I havent had any communication from the company since December 28, 2022. I would like a full refund of my purchase.

    4/3/23 RF #***** $63.90 3xl sweatshirt Its been over a month and despite numerous calls and emails I have yet to receive a response concerning when I should receive my product. In fact, the one time it sounded like someone picked up they quickly hung up the phone. When I called back it went to their full voicemail.

    I placed an order on April 3, 2023. The only email that Ive received from the company is to thank me for my order. The order number is RF #*****.

    I placed an order with this company back in Dec of 2022 that I was supposed to receive in 7 to 10 business days. The order never arrived and I made several attempts via chat and email to get a status update. When I couldn't get an answer I requested several times to cancel the order. Again, I got no response from the company. To this day I still have not received my order.

    I placed a order back on February 16 2023. (Order RF #*****). I then contacted them a month later to get an update on my order because I received no further communication after February 16. A few days later I received an email stating my order would be shipped out within the next 7 -10 business days. I gave them an additional week from the timeframe they provided because once again I received no further communication about my order. I had to reach out several times for a status because I wasnt getting a response. On April 6 I received a tracking number for 1 of my items, but its never been shipped. I tracking the tracking number they provided and status still says post office awaiting item. Its been over two month since my order was placed and I still havent received my items. A business shouldnt be able to operate as such. I paid for items and I expected to receive the items, nothing more, nothing less.

    Hello the order for a " *********************" hoodie was placed and payed for on February 24, 2023. It was a total of $69.83 (***** of which was shipping, **** of which was the Route Protection). I have not gotten any confirmation of shipping from this company since this order. I contacted them with the ******************************* called the office with no response. I would like this item shipped to the shipping address specified on the order or a refund provided. The company has not tried to respond or provide any explanation for this missing product.

    I placed order NO RF ***** on February 8th and have yet to receive my order or any specific communication on when it will be sent. I'd just like a refund at this point.

    Placed order for sweatshirt on 2/25/2023. Have sent 5 e-mails in last 2 weeks and filed a payment dispute with bank. Still no word back. Send my item. Or refund my money. I wont be doing business with this company ever again.
