I am rejecting this response because:They said in the February email that it was delayed and should be a matter of weeks.
I emailed them 2 months later in mid April and they never responded.
Based on the pattern of complaints, it seems they lack communication. Update your customers regularly. To order something in November and for it to get to May is unacceptable. The customer shouldn't have to inquire months later. The business should give regular updates.

Pre ordered items - was given a 45 day delivery promise from date of pre order (July 2024). almost a year now and still no delivery, refund, and no response from company in months.
