Mavis was supposed to replace all my tires, brakes, and starter. I was called during the brake replacement and told that my right front caliper needed to replaced. I agreed to replacement and any another recommendations that the mechanic had for my vehicle. I was told that I needed to pay for my vehicle on 07/13/2023 or I would be charged a 45 dollar fee. I was not in town and I paid over the phone. ***** and ******* both told me that my vehicle would be pulled into the garage overnight after I paid. I drove by that night the vehicle was left outside and unlocked, I took pictures of this fact. The next morning, I asked ******* if my vehicle had been pulled in the garage and he told me that it was, this was the first lie. Then, I notice in the vehicle a set of brand new wiper blades left inside. I was not notified that I had purchased wiper blades. I called and was told they were free, I am not sure if they were free or not this is second lie. I was never told about this. I never had the chance to review my bill because I rushed into paying to avoid an additional charge. Later, in the day I noticed a underbody coming off of my vehicle. I have picture of it coming off and I have pictures of places where the Mavis mechanics did not put the required screws back, this the third lie that the repair job was complete. The underbody cover was damaged due the Mavis mechanics not installing back onto the vehicle properly. I brought the underbody cover to Mavis on Saturday and was told that no one not could see it, that they could just put it back on. It was damaged and I requested a new one. ***** told me that he did not know if he could find one. It was alarming because he did not record this in the computer system. I have disputed the charge on my credit card and I taking my vehicle to another mechanic for review. My vehicle is still not starting, after Mavis replaced starter, this is forth lie as the repair job did not solve the problem.
