    These people sold me synthetic blend , when I specifically asked for full synthetic oil. Then they tried to convince me to be okay with it ( $116.13 ) is unheard of for synthetic blend ! The manager was not concerned about customer service at all. Young kids work there with no communication skills !!!

    We have CCTV cameras in multiple areas of our location. Ms. ****** admitted she was on the phone while our technician was speaking with her and she wasn't really paying attention to the service. Verified per CCTV she was asked specifically if she would like to use our $94.99 service to which she responded yes. We moved forward with that service. Ms. ****** came back the following day and wanted us to redo her oil change with a more expensive oil due to a miscommunication at the time of service. It was explained that Ms. ****** did in fact select the ************************************ and that is what she was charged for.
