      Do NOT rent from this company! God forbid your heat goes out in January or your hot water heater explodes because getting them to respond to emergency maintenance issues is like pulling teeth. Follow up? Forget about it. Our property manager was nice and communicative - until we moved in, then it was difficult to ever get assistance with anything. When it came to our move out, we scheduled a move out inspection - and the property manager didnt show. We waited for over an hour, no response. This company is unprofessional and doesnt care about the conditions of the properties they manage. They were ready to leave us in a 45 degree house in January until I made a fuss. Property owners, take your business elsewhere. Tenants, avoid avoid avoid!!!

      Do not use that management compny, they dont taker landlord, they trying to keep all the fees and they keep downpayment for themself, they always saying someone something went wrong with the property, when you find out, nothing wasn't really happens, please don't use them, the do not collect rent for landlord to pay mortgage, i'm on that situation right now with thwm. they pay me late, like 12 0r 14 each month.

      RENTER BEWARE! My Experience in the last 45 days has been horrible. They charge excessive fees on top of fees. I have been charged over $600 in fees and I am a new tenant. They charged me for not troubleshooting maintenance requests a week after moving in. I was also charged for the repairs of a closet that was broken when I moved in. It is also very hard to get anyone on the phone.

      My experience with Revolution Property Management, led by ***************************, has been a five-year ordeal marked by excessive fees, poor communication, and neglect of property damage. Here's a concise account of my grievances:Excessive Fees and Neglect: Revolution Property Management nickel-and-dimes property owners, prioritizing "company" satisfaction over property care. This approach caused tenant dissatisfaction over many years and them ending lease agreement. the company finds many ways to get money from owners. they double invoice and don't respond to questions regarding finances. Communication Issues: Communication with ******************************* team was frustrating, with a lack of transparency. Upon contract termination, they locked my account overnight, demanding $20 per page for access, which felt like extortion.Property Damage ******************** failed to address documented property damage caused by tenants, leaving me with the financial burden.Tenant Retention Woes: Revolution Property Management's poor service led to tenant turnover. In summary, my five-year ordeal with Revolution Property Management under *************************** was a financial and emotional nightmare. I hope this cautionary tale helps potential clients avoid similar pitfalls.

      I have rented from Revolution Rental (formally Central Georgia Realty and GTL Real estate) since 2021. My intention is never to harm a business name or speak derogatory against them with any malice. The reviews regarding the bad management of utilities and not being able to reach them are true. I have had a horrible experience renting through this company. It started with them telling me that they didn't have any contact information for the *** in the neighborhood. They changed the name and didn't even notify me as a tenant. They seem to pride themselves in adding additional fees so much so that sometimes they add additional fees with no backing. I will have already paid my bill and they will add a bill in the system and attach a late fee. If you complain they gaslight you into believing you're wrong and force you to pay fees. I have to screenshot all bills and send them back to Revolution to prove they overcharged me for bills, I ALREADY PAID! They had me so stressed once that I paid my rent TWICE!!! I have 3 different systems currently I have to manage through Revolution (that I am aware of) ************ is were I pay the rent yet on occasion the utilities can also be moved here. When the bills are moved here they add a late fee of $235 and administrative fee of $50. Then there is Stripe system were they charge me $11.95 each month and if I don't pay it they move this bill to the ************ system and add $50 to it. Then the most recent is the Nutiliti system, I have not signed up for this system because I thought it would be more simple if I just pay my utilities directly to the company. So that's what I have been doing. Because the utilities are in the company name I don't have access to the bill print out, actual statement dates, or due dates. I can only go in and pay the bill as they become available.
