              BBB unable to locate business
              On Jan 20th, I placed a call to AAA to have my vehicle towed. Jaspers Towing llc was dispatched. In the course of loading the vehicle, the operator failed to take the necessary precautions. This resulted in damage to the automobile : the driver side fender and entire side molding were pried apart from the body.. This placed a force on the entire bumper, and the grill. The driver side indicator was broken, and other light fixtures within the grill became misaligned. The operator was made aware of the damages at the time of the incident . ********, Office personnel from Jasper Towing was also made aware of the incident. She committed to following up with management, but there has been no update since January 21, 2022. AAA was also contacted without resolve. I have included just a few pictures for your review.

              If I could give them negative stars I would. Horrible customer service very unprofessional and rude. He refused to release my vehicle to my requested *** companyhe stated he was not allowing another tow company in his yard. When he finally decided 2days later to release my vehicle, he did not verify I was the owner in anyway. Did not ask for proof of ownership or vehicle tow form I wasnt given a receipt or any form of breakdown of fees. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
