      MARCH 7, 2020 I SIGNED A LEASE AGREEMENT FOR 2019 A220 MERCEDES BENZ AT A MERCEDES BENZ STORES. AT THE **** OF PURCHASE I PURCHASED AN ***E PACKAGE TO COVER ALL THE MAINTENANCE ***E OF THE VEHICLE WHILE IN MY POSSESSION FOR THE CONTRACTUAL TERM OF 3 YEARS. ALTHOUGH THE CONTRACT WAS FOR 3 YEARS I TRADED IN THE VEHICLE FOR A NEWER SAME MAKE VEHICLE EARLIER ON AUGUST 24, 2022 AND I LEARNED AT THAT **** OF THIS PURCHASE THAT I'M NOT PERMITTED OR GIVEN ANY OPTIONS TO GET EITHER A MONTERAY REFUND OR TRANSFER THE UNUSED AMOUNT OF THE ***E MAINTENANCE PLAN OVER TO ANOTHER/OR NEWER VEHICLE. I LEARNED THAT THE UNUSED WARRANTY GOES WITH THE NEW OWNER /STAYS WITH THE *** IT WAS PURCHASED FOR AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO THEM. THIS IS UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES AND MISUSE AND HANDLING OF A CUSTOMERS MONEY. SPECIALLY WHEN THEY HAVE A POLICY THAT AFTER A LEASE IF A CUSTOMER DON'T PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICAL FROM MERCEDES THEY ARE FORCED/REQUIRED TO PAY A $1000 RESTOCKING FEE. THE MAINTENCE ***E PLAN I PURCHASED WAS ONLY USED ONCE FOR A OIL CHANGE AND I PAID OVER A $1200.00 FOR THE PLAN AND I WAS WILLING TO TAKE A FREE OIL CHANGE AND 1ST SERVICE PLAN SERVICE FREE TO ME IN EXCHANGE FOR MERCEDES KEEPING MY MONEY I PAID OUT. THIS IS STEALING FROM CUSTOMERS WITH NO REGARDS ON HOW HARD WE WORK FOR OUR MONEY BUT YET MERCEDES HAVE THE OPTION TO DO WHAT THEY WANT WITH CUSTOMERS MONEY WITHOUT ANY CONSEQUENCE OR REGARD HOW MUCH WE PAY TO KEEP VEHICLE MAINTENCE UP AND ETC. THIS IS VERY HARSH PLEASE HELP ME GET SOME TYPE OF CONSULATION/ HELP WITH THIS UNJUST UNETHICAL WRONGFUL ACT OF THIS FAULTY BUSINESS TRANSACTION.

      NHTSA recall ID: ****** issued 06/2022 Break Booster, Stop Drive Order issued.My vehicle failed both parts of the inspection and Mercedes Benz USA is unable to repair the vehicle as a result of poor manufacturing. They also have an indefinite timeframe for resolution of the problem for my Mercedes Benz ML350.Meanwhile my car is complete immobile, I am still making payment and paying insurance on an SUV that I cannot use and that is my primary vehicle.Mercedes has not provided a rental vehicle nor responded to multiple request for the Buy Back Recall Program.They have repeated made broken promises of **** day resolution snd ***** hour call backs as all have gone ignored.09/14/2022 until present.       This issue is regarding a 2021 Mercedes Benz E450 which I purchased in January of 2021. After possession of the vehicle, I discovered that although the sticker and vehicle documents stated that it was equipped with Sirius XM radio, it in fact was not. In essence, the written sticker on the window was incorrect. The remedy provided to me was to purchase an online subscription for Sirius XM radio through Bluetooth from my iPhone. This was the first indication that Mercedes Benz may not stand by their vehicles.As of the date of this report, my vehicle is in need of 50 parts to fix it. It has been in the possession of a Certified Mercedes Benz repair center (***************************** - ************************************************************ *************) since July. The collision center has received 40% of the parts required for repairs and has NO estimation of when the remaining parts will be delivered; or if they will be delivered. My insurance company has paid IN FULL for repairs which have NOT been made. I've exhausted the 30 days of car rental available to me and am at this time stranded. I have continued to make monthly payments for a vehicle I do not have access to and there is no end in sight. I've contacted Mercedes Benz USA and Mercedes Benz Customer Advocacy for assistance. I have not received a response for resolution to this problem. It is unconscionable that Mercedes Benz is unwilling to stand behind their vehicle, or stand behind a customer who has leased three vehicles, to ensure that I am still able to drive a car until my vehicle has been repaired. It is unacceptable that Mercedes Benz would not have provided a written response with a remedy. My attorney is even in awe because another client who drives an Audi, with a similar problem, had a much better experience. I can only demise that Mercedes Benz is unwilling to ensure that my damages are mitigated.The only bright light I can speak of is the salesman, ***************************, at Mercedes Benz of South *******.

      We purchased a new Mercedes Benz GLE350 on 05/14/2022. We added handicap adaptive driving equipment to the purchased vehicle, and submitted for the reimbursement under Mercedes Benzs' reimbursement program (application is attached). We submitted all the necessary documentation (handicap device invoice, ********************** Application, drivers license, vehicle registration, doctor's prescription) within the allotted time frame. It has been well over 3 months, and we have received zero communication from Mercedes Benz. We have reached out numerous times via telephone, specifically to ***** a Mercedes Benz Customer Liaison (phone number ************** (ext. ****)) and have not received a return call in over a month. Based on the terms of their program, we are eligible for a $1,000 reimbursement. We want Mercedes to provide some form of communication before we are considered ineligible due to time.

      So about a month and a half ago I had to take my car into Mercedes-Benz of ********** in ********* ********* off of ************. What happened was that I would be driving on the freeway and all the electronics, navigation, and the whole car would just completely shut off and the battery would be completely drained and nothing would work unfortunately the car into limp mode. Well, since my car has been at Mercedes-Benz of **********, it is now been there over a month and a half and it still sits there. I have called Mercedes-Benz of ********** between 4 to 6 times in this month and a half and ask them to have someone please return my call because I'd really like to know what was going on with my vehicle and not once did anyone ever call me back. The one time that I did get a mechanic on the phone for about 2 minutes, he wasn't even a mechanic that was working on my vehicle and just went over the notes that were in the computer and basically said they didn't know what was wrong with my car. I'm not sure what I have done to offend anyone there at Mercedes Benz USA but it is very offensive to me as a customer who has driven ********************** for many years that I'm being treated this way by a company whose corporate office I'm sure knows nothing about this. To top things off, I called Mercedes-Benz of ********** yesterday and explain to them that without this vehicle, I have no way to get to work and I am completely out of money so don't have an option for another vehicle whatsoever. The manager in charge that was on the phone with me explain to me that my Mercedes has been sitting there for a month and a half on their lots and not one mechanic has done any type of work on my vehicle whatsoever except to write in their notes a quote of $2,750 for a replacement starter alternator and battery which did not fix the problem the last time and yet they still wrote the quote in there and did not do the work. The most horrible conversation that I have had with Mercedes-Benz of ***

      My 2016 Mercedes Benz GLA 250 that I still owe about 22k is suddenly non drivable. The vehicle's gear shift is in operable. Per the Mercedes Benz dealership in ***********; performed a diagnostic test for $185 and has concluded that the transmission control unit is not working and to replace it, the cost would be $3,600 and not to mention there could be additional problems with the car. I did some research, and that this make and model vehicle is under a recall. The serial number does not come up as recall but the year, make and model is. I have pulled up several statements regarding the recall. "Mercedes-Benz ***, LLC faces a proposed class action that alleges the automaker knew of yet failed to disclose and actively concealed a transmission control unit defect plaguing the 2019 model year GLA250" Please assist.

      Purchase a vehicle from a dealer with warranty. Car was sent to Mercedes dealer on Meridian in ************ for repairs. Im shock that a Mercedes service would release a car thats not properly repaired.

      We bought our ******************** in January 2022. At the time, the local dealership told us we had to go to the Mercedes dealership to have another key fob ordered. However, the dealership kept the ** until early April to fix the window shades. On 17 May, we received an email from the local ** dealership that stated: I have made a couple of more phone calls this morning and this is what I have found. At this time Mercedes Benz is experiencing a shortage/back order on key fobs and will not make extra keys for anyone if they already have 1 key to operate the vehicle. They are hopeful to resolve this issue in the coming month. So we went to the Mercedes dealership in May, ordered a fob and was told it would take a few days to receive one. I have called the local Mercedes dealership inquiring numerous times and was told that Mercedes was still limiting the number of key fobs they make for a customer. On 23 August, I sent a customer complaint to ********************************************* office at ******************** and received a response from ************************************************* and received this answer on 9/5/2022 Dear *** or Madam,Your email has been forwarded to the specialists responsible for further processing and verification.On 5 September, I sent another customer complaint to MBUSA Customer Support ***************** explaining the situation and asking for assistance. I received an automated response: Your question has been received. An agent will respond as soon as possible.On 21 September, I followed up and still have not received a response. I am filing this complaint as I believe a world renown business such as Mercedes should accommodate their customers; I have a 150K vehicle that only has one key fob and need a replacement NOW as the one I have is getting worn. I also asked if I could go elsewhere to have another one made but that question has not been answered either.

      My car had a piston failure in cylinder 1. For no reason at all. The engine needs replacing. My car is 5 years old and brand new off the lot. ******* miles. ***** are many owners complaining about this issue on forums. Ive also been told by a Mercedes repair shop. Many glcs are having this issue. I think this needs to be addressed. I want Mercedes to repair my car.

      Mercedes Benz constantly sent me email about "Mercedes me connect" service being expired. I signed up for the service on September 11 and the service doesn't work. I called customer service two weeks ago and never got an update. I called back over a week ago and was told they're on my case. I called back on Wednesday and was told they're having issues with the App. Meanwhile charging me for a service that I can't use.
