    I would like to point out one of the worst experiences of my fiancee and I with insurance was with ***************************** from ******* with embark general. We have been trying to submit a simple glass claim ****** my fiancee is autistic and told them over and over it was okay for me to speak on his behalf to help him. This woman disregarded everything was incredibly unprofessional and rude to us. We both sometimes have to travel for work and are behind on everything right now because it has taken weeks to get an appointment and get this straightened out for a simple glass claim.
