I got $1,000 title loan from cash cow been making payments on time every month. So today when I went to pay I asked for my balance and its like I didnt even pay $600 my balance never went down. They said you have to pay title loans back within 30 days but paperwork says $103 a month but I paid $120 a month. I was suppose to pay **** back and my balance is $1186. This is ridiculous I dont have money to waste.

Took out a loan in September . Paid it off in October. Got layed off 3 weeks before **** and wanted to take out another loan. Guess what? They lost my title and did not solve the problem. Always got the run around. Its now December 7th. Today they will cut a check for a replacement title. Hopefully it will come in before Christmas so my kids can have a decent one. Holding my breath. I have been a long time customer,successfully paying off about 8 **********************. Horrible customer service, high employee turnover. Merry Christmas cash cow

Already paid off and they wont release title back to me. Is there anything I can do?

The location in ******************* Louisiana is just an absolute joke!!! And from the looks of the reviews on here, we are not the only ones. My story is so very long, but the short version is....my car got repossessed......they were supposed to be taking it out on auto draft but never informed us they weren't doing that anymore. I own the fact that they weren't paid....we should have checked our account to make sure it came out, but we didn't. Since the hurricanes, ice storm and floods, my husband and I work mostly 16 hour days repairing peoples homes, so we let the account checking fall by the wayside. It took these liars FIVE days to give me the total I supposedly owed and the location of my vehicle. They lied about the company that picked up my SUV, and gave me the run around for DAYS. So we got the Terrain back, (to their dismay), and we went in to have a conversation with them, we were trying to be grown *** about it.....that was just silly. But I am not stupid, so I recorded everything they said to us. And the "manager " said, and I quote..."that total was you pay out" but then she said that I renewed the loan....if I did, then where is my money??? Cause I already gave you the "payout" for my loan in order to get my truck back. They ended up kicking my husband out, no doubt because he was asking valid questions that their thieving manager didn't want to answer. Just don't do business with these people. We will be filing a class action lawsuit against them

I was trying to pay my loan online, but this crooked company put a hold on my account. Did not call, email or write. Had to call them and leave a message because I work, to take the hold off - nothing, but they steady adding interest to a loan I am trying to pay. This is ridiculous! Why should I be paying extra in interest when it is no fault of mine.

Told my husband one day late he'll lose title awful

To hear that i got the loan i grateful. And honestly thought that for me paying every two weeks i could handle it . But with work slowing down and recovering from Covid things took a drastic turn . So fast forward 6 months. Now Im signing a new contract my email and the sum of 4 grand i borrowed has almost been reached in just fees alone . I was really thinking that maybe 30 percent of what i pay on fees was going to the principal at hand . By this time *** talked to several different employees that sympathized with my struggles and all three gave different but outs and have yet to receive a phone call from ***** the because he was on vacation. I feel like Im being robbed with my eyes open . I just want my title back and have a piece of mind Im 500 away in fees from 4 grand . I just cant believe this is legal. I work hard for my money Ive went without eating juts ensure i keep my car . Id recommend death over ever considering to get car title loan. This kind of thing should be a crime. The world is crumbling we shouldnt have to walk because we needed help . Ive been faithful in paying and i think good enough is good enough. If you want adjustment the weekly payments then at least make the fees count towards the principal. If u want to keep what u worked dont even consider any company that operates in this fashion this is a predatorial loan . They offer no way out .

This location in ********* are deceitful rude individuals and I would never recommend doing any type of business with them.

If I could leave no stars I would. The Cash Cow brick and mortar building in Andalusia Alabama is terrible. There is one woman working who apparently takes an hour to do one loan. We arrived at 2:05pm on Saturday after driving from Florida to sit there and watch the lady take her time with the folks that were there when we arrived. She purposely went over everything slow .. started side conversations rather than trying to get through it . She kept making little side comments saying she has to be out at 3pm which is when they close.. she took her time doing the lien.. it took her over an hour to do one ..she had her granddaughter sitting in as she worked as well which is very unprofessional. All of our paperwork and everything was submitted online so our loan would not have taken that long to do. She purposely worked on the previous folks loan until closing so that she did not have to help us. We drove over an hour to get here to just sit here while this unprofessional representative was sitting around laughing and getting side tracked ..rather than a good employee that had a sense of urgency and actually tried doing her job. I don't see how you xan make money with this woman up here.. one loan every 2 hours is crazy .. you are paying her to have side conversations and to barely do her job. This place gives off a trashy umprofessional vibe with this Woman being here and bringing her grandkids in as well. Get rid of her if you want to make a profit she is only there for the paycheck. If we came in long before they closed she should stay past to get us taken care of. Instead what did she do.. she took even longer with the folks before us that were already started when we arrived. This is bad business.. poor customer service.. save your time and do not come to this location or any at that if this is the quality of people they hire.

It was very clean and very professional. I wish I couldve gotten more for my title loan but it was a fair price, considering.
