            Big promotion on medical Weight Loss is MONEY BACK guarantee if you do not loose weight. The first month is 20 pounds. I got an email from ***************** saying I need to loose weight to continue with the process of being an organ donor. When I went to the consultation it was painted perfect. She guaranteed I would loose thr weight or my money back. Unfortunately program did not work for me and I requested my money back. I got so much push back and flat told me I was not getting my money back. I trusted on program and consultant. I work hard for my money and I did it to be a donor so when 6 weeks passed and I only lost 5 pounds I deceived to ask for my money back. Thr representative always rude and say they don't give money back , even though that is the big promotion. Please assist me on this matter.

            Do Not, I repeat Do Not use this company. This program is overpriced and they make it seem as if you do not adhere to the program so you can not get a refund. They rush to sigh you up and then poorly explained information to you. Half of the time the computers were not working, they were out of paper to print reports, they were out of food menus. ******* is very nasty and rude when speaking to me when attempting to even cancel this program.She need to understand customer service. She did not even try to offer a negotiation.They really need to be shut down because they should not be allowed to do this to people, just No not sign up for this program. Dont even sign your dog up for this program.

That being said, any weight loss program cannot be effective unless it's guidelines are followed and ours is no different.
