      Customer ********************** is not for the customers it's for their business. My contract was for every other week they still made visits every week and charged me every visit for over a month. I asked to update my visits to every other week and they had me sign a renewal contract in the beginning of May, May 15. They kept making weekly visits. I had emailed Vestis to correct the visits on May 29th, June 5th, & June 27th as they were still charging me for weekly visits. Customer ********************** assured me all three times it has be resolved when it was not being resolved. They say they have not breached contract and now they will monitor my account to make sure the visits are just every other week. I just want to be released from their contract.

      Not often that I leave bad reviews but this company deserves this and every other bad review you see here. The contract is how they get away with continuing TERRIBLE service. We only ask for 120 towels weekly as we own a dog grooming salon. I've lost count of how many times they have missed the delivery. There are many posts about price increases and we've had thise as well. The driver and his manager completely ignores us until we mention we want out of our contract. ( i write this review with no towels at my shop ) The contract gives them 30 days to make things right AFTER you certify mail a letter to them. All they have to do is make one good delivery and you start the process all over again. We had 4 weeks of no issues (1 year with them) and at 30 days they missed our delivery with no call or heads up. Now the managers throwing the contract in my face again because they were on time the past few weeks. I've done logistics for ******************************************* training to our drivers was to call your customers if you're running late. I see someone new is in charge and he's got his hands full with this project beccase Vestis doesn't have the basics in customer ********************** and logistics in their work force. Our driver is **** and his manager is ****. Problems start from the top and work their way down. Not the other way around. Trains these guys up. In the meantime I want out of my contract. I can't do another year with vestis. Good luck to *** fixing this.

      If I could give zero stars, I would. We've been dealing with this company for over a year, and the service has been consistently terrible. Every time we report an issue, they fix it just enough to get by only for the same problems to come back a few weeks later. Its a never-ending cycle of temporary fixes and broken promises.Weve tried to part ways professionally, asking for a mutual separation to avoid further issues, but they refuse. Its clear they care more about locking clients in than actually delivering quality service.The staff turnover is insane theres a new driver or representative almost every month. They cant seem to hold on to employees, and it shows in the chaotic service and lack of accountability.Bottom line: unprofessional, unreliable, and not worth your time or money. Save yourself the stress and go with someone else.

      **Business Name:** Vestis **********Business Address:** ************************************************Complainant:** ***** L. ****, *************************, ********************************************Complaint:**Im writing to file a formal complaint against Vestis ******** regarding deceptive pricing practices and poor customer ************************ recently sought out a new towel and rug service provider to save on costs, as my previous vendor was charging /$78/month. I was told by Vestis that their rate would be /$46, which I assumed to be monthly. However, it turns out the /$46 is billed **bi-weekly**, not monthly effectively bringing my total to **/$96/month**, which is **more than what I was previously paying**.When I raised this issue with my account manager, he delayed resolution for weeks, claiming he was looking into what he could do. Eventually, I was told that **nothing could be done** and that I had already signed the contract.I inquired about the possibility of buying out the contract and was quoted a staggering **/$2,747**. Since then, *** discovered several reviews from other customers who claim they were sent to collections without warning after attempting to terminate their agreements even after paying buyout ******* this point, Im unsure of my next steps, but I feel its important to **warn other businesses**. I believe Vestis ******** engages in **misleading sales tactics** and prioritizes profit over transparency and ethical service. Their business practices appear predatory and exploitative. I would not recommend this company to anyone.**Resolution Sought:**I would like the option to cancel my agreement without penalty or, at minimum, renegotiate the terms to reflect the original understanding I had of a monthly /$46 rate.Sincerely,***************************************************, **

      This place is A JOKE!! We cancelled service on 11/20/24 and today I am still getting statements saying we owe for 11/27 12/25 and 3/12. total of ******. I called them and told them to stop sending me bills we didn't owe any money. was told balance showed a 0 owed. I asked why am I getting statement today for ****** then. She then said it had been turned over to collection agency. Told her she needed to get it fixed and was told there was nothing they could do. ********** this is why I quit doing business with them. They need to be closed down.

      Horrible business ethics and no morals. I spent a month trying to get Aramark to correct my invoices for being overcharged, then once it was corrected I paid them in full. And they sent my account to collections without any notice or communication. They tried to charge me $11k for past due invoices, which there were none. Then stopped servicing my account. All management and my driver then ghosted me and would not respond to calls or text messages. Very unprofessional. Such a joke!! Finally settled by paying $1500 - which I should not have been charged for anyway, just to be done with them. My previous driver said thats just what they do, sew people and send them to collections.

      The worst company ever do not waste your time or money! they do not bring half the stuff they charge your for then charge extreme amounts for loss charges well you never brought it in the first place! anything they do bring is torn, outdated or missing buttons! they do not show up when they are supposed to they do not bring what they are supposed to. Our guys went two weeks without uniforms then they showed up with ONE SHIRT! it is not worth it, have shirts made buy your own soap and rugs anything on sale is better than what they give! customer ********************** is CRAP! if I could give 0 stars I would, we were with them through several buyouts, aramark, ameripride, vestis its all not worth it they cant keep a driver either its a horrible horrible supplier go elsewhere & thank me later. If they cant keep employees they definitely cant keep customers!

      The worst! The uniforms never fit our guys right and they look like buffoons in them with pants overlapping their ankels by miles and sleeves onto their hands. Pants that pad in the ****** to their knees. I wrote them a registered letter letting them know we want to cancel. No reply. I think we will have to turn this over to our attorney. They are not honest people. We have a business to run and our guys are around machinery. The clothing is honestly a hazard, plus when they go on site, they look like clowns with the stupid clothing. I have had it. This company should be put out of business. If I could give them a -1 I would.

      For the last couple years we've been getting laundry services from Aramark. Our route salesman told us he was quitting and the company was changing owners. Our services are weekly and we are billed monthly. The new company is now Vestis.When I called and said our billing wasn't correct, the new salesman told us our previous salesman was under charging us and this was our new bill from now on. I told him I can't afford this for 2 rugs, a couple mopheads and 2 bags of towels. I'll just get my products from ***'s. The salesman showed up the following day, while I was out of state, took all dispensers, all new product, and all used product and removed it from my business, encluding dispensers and products i had already paid for from ****** and Aramark, and now Vestis. I called his supervisor. He told me I was "renting" the dispensers, but would have a conversation with the salesman about removing items that did not belong to Vestis, and he personally dropped off a case of tp, paper towels, and 2 bags of towels. He told me I was under contract and he would credit me the additional charges, but if I cancel the contract I was liable for 50% of the bill for the duration of the contract. I told him I would think about it. (This guy just ripped me off, muscled my manager, was accepting responsibility for it, and somehow apologizing, while threatening me for contract breach)Within a couple weeks, I received another auto pay on my credit card. Again, they charged me over $200 each week. Coincidently, the supervisor messaged and asked if I was ready to resume services? I replied no and then contacted the credit card company and filed a dispute with the charges.Then I received this email.Don't do it. Don't ever sign any contracts or use any services with Vestis. Not only will they raise your bill 4 times your average amount without notice and bill your credit card, but a guy will show up, if you're not there, and steal your s***
