1 star15 years in business and I regret working with only one company and this is it. Not only are they incompetently dysfunctional but I'm quite positive no one works there but lawyers to litigate you and lying REMOVEDlied to get me to sign, then threatened a small business to protect it. Only work with them if you have a really bored attorney on the payroll who needs to earn their keep.Review fromKen L

1 starWe sent cancellation notice via certified mail (as required by Vestis) on August 22nd. We packaged up their inventory and pREMOVEDared it for pickup by Vestis. They stopped picking up uniforms or delivering supplies after cancellation. However, they never picked up their inventory, and they continued to invoice us for the services we were no longer receiving. Our Director of Operations called numerous times to request pickup after we had cancelled the service. They continued to invoice our company tens of thousands of dollars and send statements. I'm the REMOVEDof our company, and I have called them 4 times now requesting that they pick up their inventory and issue credit memos for the dozens of invoices they have sent since service cancellation. I spoke to a friendly customer REMOVEDall 4 calls, and each time they told me they would escalate our account to another layer of incompetent management. They have REMOVED's and regional VP's, none of which will return a call or send an email. It's now 11/21, and we are still being invoiced for services we aren't using. This is the most dysfunctional company I've dealt with in 26 years of business. 1 starVestis is a predatory uniform service company that I would not recommend to anyone unless that company or individual enjoys being ignored and overcharged. The company locks clients into five-year contracts without clearly disclosing that weekly prices can be increased at any time and without notice. I am now paying more than twice the amount I originally agreed to. My small auto repair shop with two employees is now paying $100 per week for shop rags and uniforms.When I called the national customer REMOVEDline, I was told the area manager would contact me. REMOVED, the area representative, emailed to say he would visit the following week to discuss my concerns, but he never showed up. Since then, he has not responded to four follow-up emails or a service call message from customer REMOVEDover the course of four weeks. Never before has an employee of a business ghosted me.Before signing a contract with Vestis, I recommend researching the company carefully including watching available REMOVEDreviews and reading customer feedback online. Many others have shared similar experiences. I have 18 months remaining on my contract and look forward to completing it so I can move on to a more transparent provider.Review fromScott C

1 starWe had an account with REMOVEDbut decided to close in Jan 2025. From January to June of 2025 we have had no service with them but received a bill our ne A/P person paid it due to an attached form that looked like someone in our warehouse signed for it. I called and asked who reponed our account? They cant tell me who are why they reopened the account even though they knew they never serviced us. We have been demanding our payment back since June and every month we get a different reason why we have not received it from we just mailed it to it was just approved you should get the check in 6 weeks. Don't use them I don't care how long they've been in business customer REMOVEDis the worst and they try to keep your money hoping you just give up since the amount is so small. Just on the fact they reopened our account and just started billing us even though they had not services us in over 6 months is unreal and they refuse to take full responsibility to someone's mess up in their office. 1 starIf I could put negative stars I would, my experience with this company is by far the worst I have ever had with a uniform supply company from day one I was getting charged for someone else uniforms that I did not have or belong to my shop that took over a month to get the charge removed but never refunded after that I would get charged random loss charges and never get refunded. I never once got all of my uniforms or supplies each week there was always something missing , I contacted the company multiple times to have my credit card removed from there auto billing and it never did I have returned every piece of their Equpment and yet I still randomly get a charge on my card from them now I'm am forced to have my cards canceled just to keep them from stealing my money. I highly recommend staying away from this company and go with any other uniform company there is availableReview fromja l

1 starCustomer REMOVEDis not for the customers it's for their business. My contract was for every other week they still made visits every week and charged me every visit for over a month. I asked to update my visits to every other week and they had me sign a renewal contract in the beginning of May, May 15. They kept making weekly visits. I had emailed Vestis to correct the visits on May 29th, June 5th, & June 27th as they were still charging me for weekly visits. Customer REMOVEDassured me all three times it has be resolved when it was not being resolved. They say they have not breached contract and now they will monitor my account to make sure the visits are just every other week. I just want to be released from their contract.Review fromMichael A

1 starNot often that I leave bad reviews but this company deserves this and every other bad review you see here. The contract is how they get away with continuing TERRIBLE service. We only ask for 120 towels weekly as we own a dog grooming salon. I've lost count of how many times they have missed the delivery. There are many posts about price increases and we've had thise as well. The driver and his manager completely ignores us until we mention we want out of our contract. ( i write this review with no towels at my shop ) The contract gives them 30 days to make things right AFTER you certify mail a letter to them. All they have to do is make one good delivery and you start the process all over again. We had 4 weeks of no issues (1 year with them) and at 30 days they missed our delivery with no call or heads up. Now the managers throwing the contract in my face again because they were on time the past few weeks. I've done logistics for REMOVEDtraining to our drivers was to call your customers if you're running late. I see someone new is in charge and he's got his hands full with this project beccase Vestis doesn't have the basics in customer REMOVEDand logistics in their work force. Our driver is REMOVEDand his manager is REMOVED. Problems start from the top and work their way down. Not the other way around. Trains these guys up. In the meantime I want out of my contract. 1 starIf I could give zero stars, I would. We've been dealing with this company for over a year, and the service has been consistently terrible. Every time we report an issue, they fix it just enough to get by only for the same problems to come back a few weeks later. Its a never-ending cycle of temporary fixes and broken promises.Weve tried to part ways professionally, asking for a mutual separation to avoid further issues, but they refuse. Its clear they care more about locking clients in than actually delivering quality service.The staff turnover is insane theres a new driver or representative almost every month. They cant seem to hold on to employees, and it shows in the chaotic service and lack of accountability.Bottom line: unprofessional, unreliable, and not worth your time or money. I was told by Vestis that their rate would be /$46, which I assumed to be monthly. However, it turns out the /$46 is billed REMOVEDbi-weeklyREMOVED, not monthly effectively bringing my total to REMOVED/$96/monthREMOVED, which is REMOVEDmore than what I was previously payingREMOVED.When I raised this issue with my account manager, he delayed resolution for weeks, claiming he was looking into what he could do. Eventually, I was told that REMOVEDnothing could be doneREMOVEDand that I had already signed the contract.I inquired about the possibility of buying out the contract and was quoted a staggering REMOVED/$2,747REMOVED.
