              On October 11, 2021 I entered into an agreement to remodel my bathrooms with Southeastern ******************************************** They requested a $2000 deposit, which I provided with my credit card. They scheduled an appt to go to their showroom and pick out all the materials I wanted, which I did on 10/14/21. The sales manager told me the work would commence in February 2022. In January I reached out as I had not heard a word. After many tries I finally reached a person on 1/25/22. They told me that they had lost half their crew and were running behind. The sales manager then called me, told me the same thing and that my work would get done in March. He also said he would have someone reach out in two weeks. No one ever called me again. I have tried numerous times to reach someone and when I was able I left messages. I also texted the sales manager and got no reply.
