  Don't buy from this place. I put $2000 down on a 2007 Lexus ES on 2/28/24. On 3/20/24 not even a whole month the car went completely dead on me and I thought it was a problem with the battery. I had to call a mobile mechanic to tell me it's a bad alternator and he charged me $70 dollars just to come out and tell me that. I informed the boss of M&S Auto Sales and her name is ******. She was still trying to get me to pay on the loan and then pay for it to be towed to a mechanic she recommended. She had no empathy at all by the way. When it happened I told her to give me a few weeks to come up with the money to pay on the loan and pay for the towing and the maintenance. I was already in a bind because I needed a car desperately. I had just got my taxes and I started a new job but I was behind on rent. When the car was working, I had 1 job and 2 side jobs and I was making the money to catch up on rent, insurance, and that expensive car note. Once the car broke down my life went downhill. I lost my job and I am now facing an eviction. Not to mention I asked for my money back and she told me no. So I just had to take the Loss of $2000 dollars. I wouldn't wish this pain on my worse enemy.

  I have purchased 2 cars from this dealership, I was provided great assistance from ****** ...there were times i was late on payments and she worked with me... very grateful to them and the team, for their assistance ...I'm sure I will be back I have a 16 yr old that is going to need a car for college... I love the fact that i have always been able to get the need met.....#TEAMM&****** #IndiaYourCustomer

  Place is dishonest and full of ****, AVOID AT ALL COST.I'm 42 years old and am an avid car collector. Bought "the owners car" from what I was told for nearly $90,000 and soon found $3,800 in damage I did not see when I bought the car. They would not budge when it came to a resolution.Dishonest about the condition of the car. I took a one way flight from ** to GA and from what they told me and showed me the car was tip top. NOT THE CASE.Be careful people. They are far from professional. Look at their review rating, it says it all! -ignore their reviews on their website as they more than likely generate those themselves Oh, I have a collection of 4 cars, totaling nearly 1 million between them all. This post is not bs, it's as real as it gets. BBB gives the consumer a choice to select how you'd rate them on a scale of 1-5 starts. There needs to be an option of less than one star, BBB.

  I purchased a 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe from M&S Auto Sales in December 2022. During the signing of the lease contract, it was mentioned that the vehicle may have a salvage or rebuilt title. When I asked the manager, ****** about this she stated the vehicle had a clean title. I paid the down payment and took possession of the vehicle. In February of 2023 learned from tag office that my tag was suspended for insurance and registration issues. I went to the tag office and discovered the vin number to the truck is wrong. I contacted ****** and my insurance agent and they stated the issue with the vin number was corrected. In May of 2023 I attempted to renew my tag and was unable to due to the vin number being incorrect. I contacted ****** numerous times to resolve the issue and had no success. I then contacted ******* at the **************** who stated he would get the issue resolved and never did. This vehicle is how I go to work and make money at $60 an hour. I was pulled over back in June 2023 and given citations for no registration and no proof of insurance due to GCIC not showing the vehicle in the system. I was given 30 days to fix the issue or park the vehicle. I communicated this information to ****** and ******* on June 28, 2023 and nothing has been done. The vehicle is unable to be used.I have emails and phone records where I contacted M&S Auto Sales about this matter. I even paid my payments in a timely manner (with the exception of the payment thats due now). I also filed a complaint with ******* ************************ Simply dissolving the lease will not be satisfactory at this point because I lost money on a vehicle I couldnt legally drive due to the actual title of the truck being a salvage title. M&S will simply have the vehicle inspected for a rebuilt GA title and placed back on their lot for sale. *** also reached out for legal advice in taking the matter to civil court.

  They are BIG TIME CROOKS I BOUGHT A LEXUS FROM THEM IN (2) WEEKS THE DEVELOPES TRANSMISSION WENT THEY WILL NOT HELP after spending $13000 just like that how are these people running a business selling these cars to customers the government please need to have a look in these shady car business
