    I purchased a wig from Richard ******* Flowers aka Prince Charming Hair on July 26, 2023 as of 11/4/23 I have not received the wig. The wigs expected deliver was 2 weeks from purchase. I have multiple messages back/forth regarding the delivery of wig. But still have not received it. In earlier messages he comes across as defensive & dismissive & had blocked me from several of his ************ Platforms. He has promised delivery when he responds to messages & other times he has not responded at all,I am a Senior Citizen dealing with medical condition as to why I purchased ******* am on a limited income

    I paid Richard $333 for a wig via Cash App.He has never sent me the product. I have messaged him for the past 9 months.He says he is still working on it. He is no longer responding to my request. He scammed me and a lot of other women. He needs to refund my money.

    Date 28 February I ordered *****.. Flowers stated I would receive wig in two weeks.. I still have not received my wig.. now Im requesting refund

    The customer had to wait or her order to come ! It states in the terms and agreements that it can take up **** business days ! The order is still processing to be shipped out to her . I have attached the date ordered and we are still in the time frame

    On November 8, **** I ordered a wig the price was $299. I asked. ******* will this be ready by December 12th He stated it will be done before that. I proceeded with the order.December 6, 2021. I text him just to check the status and to see if we were all set with a delivery date being that I was to get it by December 12 that was only six days away he stated its coming love.December 11, 2021 I text him to see when I will be receiving my unit and told him I had a special occasion on next Saturday. He responded I will get it soon.December 16, 2021 text again ask him for delivery date he did not respond.December 21, 2021 text again to see if my order has been shipped he did not respond.December 22, 2021 and December 25, 2021 text again to check the status he did not respond.January 2, 2022 text again about status he stated he was sending out this week.January 16th 2022, February 15, 2022, and February 24, 2022 reached out again there was no response from ***************March 17, 2022 text ******* again let him know that I was still waiting on my order there was no response back.April 8, 2022 I called him on his phone he did not answer his phone.July 23, 2022 and September 7,2022 text him again he did not respond.September 12, 2022 text him again to check the status. His response is your order is coming he promised my order will be here this week I asked for the tracking number he said he will get it to me.September 16, 2022 text him again to ask for the tracking order number there was no response.September 18, 2022 text him again and I told him that I will be reporting him to BBB. His response to me was have a blessed day. At this point I felt that I gave him plenty of time to get my order to me.February 21, ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************* my refund.******* needs to be prosecuted I will not stop until I receive my money.

    I ordered three custom wigs and hair care products from this company on ********* I sent $837 via Cash App for two orders and the owner, Richard Flowers, never sent the products and refuses to refund my money. He continues to lie about he's going to send the products. I have screen shots of our conversations as proof of the continued deception. I want my $837 refunded. He is extremely unprofessional. He even made a disparaging comment about black women and making wigs for them.

    I reached out to Richard *********************************** on Dec 2nd inquiring about wigs and if it was too late to order a unit and receive it by Dec 31st which was my birthday. He replied that it wasn't too late so I sent him pictures of the units that I desired. He sent me a Cashapp request for them and I sent the money. He said that he would send the tracking soon. Well 2 weeks went by and no tracking. I reached back out to him and he lied again saying he would send it this week. After going back and forth several times, he eventually stopped communicating at all. I don't want anyone else to be scammed from this person. I had been following his work on ******** for years. Didn't know he was a scam artist. To date I have no units and no cash refunded.

    I sent $299 via cash app to Richard Flowers (Prince Charming) on 8/28/22, my wig was to be shipped within 3 weeks, I still don't have it. I can only contact him through ******** messenger, he would not provide a phone number when asked. He has promised to send my product numerous times, I never received it. I asked for my money back many times, no response. I am shocked to see so many have had the same experience, this is unacceptable. Is there a way where we can join together to take this matter to court? This guy must be stopped.I just called this number that is listed on this page for him:**************....he sent me to voicemail and immediately sent a text saying "who is this"....this guy is a fraud and he cannot continue to take people's money.

    Date of transaction: **************************: $450.00 What was purchased: Wig Dispute: I paid money via Cash App upfront for a wig which was to be delivered in **** business days. Its December 5, 2022 and Richard Flowers has lied about shipping the wig (and it being returned back to him). I confirmed with the **** that no package was sent or returned so now hes lying about the **** federal business operations which is fraud. I have corresponded with him several times about when my wig would arrive. He keeps on pushing the date out. I have sent several Cash App requests for him to refund my money, he has declined those requests. When I told him I will take legal action, he got really upset but committed to shipping it by the next week. This was a lie. I am now forced to file a criminal complaint about this and will also file a federal complaint for mail fraud (lying on ****). I would just like to have my money back, but because I dont have my money or the wig, I have to take this matter seriously. I wish I had read that he had an F rating from the BBB before buying from him, but thats not enough now, this is a flat out CRIME and should not go unpunished. I am in communication with my attorney and will take this fraudulent scheme and *********************************** to the next level of prosecution. Has Business tried to resolve issue: no

    On 09/30/2022, I contacted Richard Flowers (aka Prince Charming, aka Prince Charming Experience) through ********* and asked him to re-create a human hair wig. This wig was to be delivered by 10/31/2022. I paid $300 ($299 sent through Apple Pay and $1 through CashApp). As of today, I have not received the unit I purchased and was promised by 10/31/2022, and Mr. ******************** has refused to refund my money. I have contacted him numerous times and have not received an answer. I see Mr. ******************** has read the messages I have sent, and is refusing to communicate.

    9/9, I ordered 3 custom hair pieces from Richard ***********************************. I paid him $810 and I never received anything from him, anytime I inquire about the purchase, he rudely responds. He has refused a refund.
