I continued to contact him about the wig to no avail. He stop responding to my texts. Please do not buy from him. He is a scammed. I ordered a wig for $150 and $12 shipping in July 2024. I still as of today have not received my wig. On July 12, 2024 I paid $150.00 for a wig from Richard ******* ******************** also known as the Charming Experience. Mr. ******************** informed me that the wig will ship in 7 to 12 days and he would send tracking number. I have reached out to him through messenger many times asking the status and when i will receive my merchadise and tracking number. He stated on July 24 the order will ship on Friday July 26,2024. i reached out to him again on the 7/29/24 requesting the tracking number he stated the wig will ship in the morning 7/30/24. i requested the tracking number again on 7/30/24 he stated on 7/31/24 the order will ship the week od 7/31. On 8/1/24 I reached out to him requesting to refund my money back. He stated my order was shipped on Friday 8/1/24. Mr. ******************** is unable to provide tracking number. I paid for a wig in the amount of $373.99 in September 2023 from Richard ******* Flowers also known as The Charming Experience. I followed up each time and asked when the wig would be ready and was told over and over thats he overlooked it and hes sorry. There was always a reason why he didnt mail it even though there was always pictures of him mailing out packages. I started asking for a refund and even sent a cash app request for my money. I was then called a weird a** b**** then he stayed in his messages that he would ruin me and he would make more of an impact destroying me (just for asking for a refund of a product I didnt receive) then he proceeded to block me on his phone and on cash app. I reached out to a few people and was sent a link to a site where it states he was a scammer who scammed over 50 people (maybe more) especially people with alopecia. I was disgusted that this person stole my money and never intended on sending the product. The way he threatened me for asking for my money was devastating especially since I saved to buy this wig.Business Response

On March 1, 2024, I ordered a wig from Richard ******* Flowers. He said his production time was 7-12 days. Today is April 18, 2024. Despite reaching out by text messages multiple times, Richard ******* Flowers has neither manufactured or shipped a wig to me. He has not sent any pictures of any wigs. He was quite disrespectful when I inquired via text message today. He alluded to our conversation on ********* looked up my ******** account, and texted a screenshot of it to me. In response to a previous complaint, business owner alleged that he would send the tracking number within two days. I have not received a tracking number, nor a refund. I have received no communication from the business. I paid $175 on March 1 and was told wigs take up to 12 days to be shipped. When I inquired 6 weeks later, I was told the businesss terms include up to ****************************************************** the process of being made, that no refunds are available and that the wig would be shipped the next morning with a tracking number being sent to me. When I asked about the tracking number, I was told that I made threatening remarks and was harassing the individual who replied to my messages. The Date of the transaction was December 19, 2023. I order a Hair Wig from Richard ******* Flowers. I paid ****** through cash app. After some time had passed, I reached out to him through this messenger asking about the status and when would I receive my merchandise. Now this was on January 11, 2024. He stated that he will have my order out by Tuesday) which would have been January 16, 2024. But to no avail. On January 25,2024 @ 5:54 p.m. I reached out to him again, informing him that I still have yet to receive any package. He responded four days later. stating that "it will arrive to me this week. On February 4, 2024, I sent him another message inquiring but to no avail. February 15, 2024, I sent a message asking for a refund because it had been over a month. He denied my cash app request and sent a message stating he is getting all orders this weekend. February 22, 2024, I again asked for a refund, but to no avail. February 24, 2024, I sent another message regarding weather he was running a game on innocent people.
