      I actually rent a property from a HMY Realty Group and I'm having issues with them fixing and returning my phone calls about issues. I'm having with this property I have tried to reach out to this company for about a month now and no one has reached out or communicated with me about the situation that are going on in this house.

      Good Morning, I am ****** with HMY Realty Group. We are the property management company for the address ****************** (tenant: ********************************). The tenant contacted us via online portal and we spoke over the phone and texts on a daily basic. The **** tech went out twice to make sure the ac is working and check all the levels/parts. **** said the system is working properly. The tenant had a issue with her toilet possible leaking and tech went out asap to fix issue. The tenant also had a leaking coming from the ceiling, the roof repair went out and did the repair and no more leaks. The property manager went to the property and spoke with the tenant. The sheetrock repair is assigned to be done from where the leak in the ceiling was and painting the ceiling. During all this time, we and tenant has spoken daily and texts were sent daily on any repairs. The tenant has been informed daily. All issues have been fixed but the sheetrock/paint that it is assigned/schedule. If more information is needed, feel free to call me at ********************. Thank you!

      I just moved into this property, immediately I noticed roaches, the a/c not working, the garage door not working and other repairs that need to be fixed. The man who I received the keys from assured me they would handle everything. I have been emailing and calling since the 1st day. I have only had my keys for 5 days and I'm having a hard time getting these issues resolved. I have not been able to live in the home because of the a/c not working. It's 86 degrees inside. The a/c technician came by twice and was unsuccessful in getting it to work. He said it's old and needs to be replaced. Its was frozen. They have yet to send out a pest control. I pointed out these issues out prior to me moving in. So, they are aware. But, their reviews confirmed my fear. Please help. Thanks

      Hello, we have dispatched her work orders as urgent due to the fact that she did ************. We have not ignored her and have been following up to make sure the techs have called her to schedule appointments. The **** tech tried calling her on July 4th to service the unit, she did not answer the call and told our maintenance department she did not answer because it was a holiday. The **** tech has been scheduled to go out today, 7/6/23.  Pest control was waiting to hear from the tenant to schedule an appointment. They are scheduled to go out on Friday July7th. Please be advised the tenant has not completely moved in as of today. We are working to get her repairs made in a timely fashion, there was no reason for her to file a complaint as we have been communicating with her every step of the way. Please let us know if there is anything else you may need.
