Hey I have had a problem with landmark fixing my car for 2 months now the first time they told me they couldnt help me I went somewhere else and then brought it back so they can fix whatever needs to be fixed because it is added in my warranty. At landmark dodge ******, ****, ****** and ***** he been no help the service people laugh in my face every-time I go up there to see about my car they did not provide me another vehicle I am almost out of work due to not having a car and they treat you like they dont care they have held my car long enough and I have a warranty I got everything fixed I also have documentation of everything they wont even look at that they dont even keep me updated on my car I have tried and tried for 2months I need help and answersBusiness Response

****************** in the image of the receipt you provided it states the engine has been overheated do to being driven while overheating. That is user caused damage. It states the radiator did NOT cause the overheating, however both head gaskets are failed and filling the engine with coolant. Me and my husband took my car for repairs on April 26, 2023. I have a 2015 Chrysler 200. The battery on my car kept dying when it sat for a period of time and the radio monitor was not working, and I also requested an oil change. We explained that the radio is possibly why the battery is dying. We were told that it would take 2-3 for them to look at the car because they were short staffed. After three week, I called and asked the status of the car. ****** (Service Representative) said that they are trying charging the car but it would stay charged. They are not sure of the problem so they need to run more test. I asked if the radio was changed. ****** said not yet. They are working on the battery. For two to three weeks we kept calling to get a status of the car and ****** kept saying they are working on it. He will call us when its ready. At the end of May we went to to the Dealership to talk to ****** but he was not there. We talked to the Service manager (*****). ***** said that ****** was not there. ***** said he would help us. I told him that the car has been there for almost two months and I want to know why the car is taking so long to be repaired. ***** checked the status of the car and said that he will look into it and get it worked on. He said he will call us and give us an update. ***** has never called to this day. The beginning of July I called back and spoke to ******. ****** said that they believe the radio is the reason the car is not working and they need to order the part. I said the radio should have been ordered and fixed already because it was one of the repairs we requested. He then said it will take two weeks for the radio part to come in. After a week (July 11) we went into the dealership to check on the car. ****** said that he told us they was waiting on the radio. I said I know but i dont want it to take another 2 1/2 months so Im following up on the car. Then he said hold on let me check something, he goes to the part department. He comes back and said the part just came in. He said the car will be ready tomorrow ( July 12). We called on July 12 and was told the car is not ready. We called again on Monday (July 17) and was told the car is not ready, it will be ready tomorrow. My car is still not ready.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:A verbal apology should not be sufficient. Congruency is not the correct term. The correct terms are negligence, poor business practice and dishonesty. I was without my car for almost three months. I was inconvenienced. The radio was one of the items I told ****** to fix when I dropped the car off. It should not have taken almost 3 months to put a radio in the car. The radio should have been replaced soon after it was initially checked. ****** and ***** did not follow up, give updates or return phone calls.
I should receive a refund or discount due to being inconvenienced because of your companys negligence and poor business practice.

On April 7 2023 I purchased a new car (2022 Jeep Compass)from Landmark Dodge ****** and on May 1st 2023 the car wouldn't start. I paid to have it towed to the dealership. My car has been there since then and no repairs have been done. They provide me with a rental and on June 20th 2023 the rental was repoed, due to the fact that Landmark failed to inform ***** that I still was without my vehicle and still needed the rental car. So now I'm without transportation which is critical for me no transportation no way to work.Business Response

I had an appointment for *** 02,2023 for a diagnostic test done on my 2015 Jeep renegade. I was able to drop the car off April 26,2023 via tow truck . I have yet to be contacted by Landmark. I make several trip to Landmark to check on the status of my vehicle and havent been update as of today June 05, 2023. *** also made call and left messages for my advice and the manager **** twice every week since my car has been at Landmark and still havent received any communication from anyone at Landmark.Business Response

On February 4, 2023,I went to Landmark in ****** ** and got a Oil change, Tire rotation, Air filter, Cabin filter and a Flush Cooling system. A couple days later, I heard a noise in my tire, so I took my car to ********* to see where the noise is coming from. They said I needed brakes and rotors, and I told them I took my car to Landmark already for an inspection, and they never said I needed brakes and rotors. I went to someone else and had an inspection done on it and they told me I needed a Air filter and Cabin filter, but I already had that done on February 4. Come to find out that Landmark in ****** never did change my Air filter and Cabin filter. I called and went up there and there was no response. In January of this year 2023 I purchased two vehicles from this dealership within a weeks' time. One brand new, Jeep Compass and a used 2021 Dodge Charger. Immediately after purchase, within the next few days of driving it, I noticed the ************ worked intermittently. I called the sales rep and she got me in quickly to get the issue fixed. The vehicle was throwing a code and some sensor was replaced. Great! Fast forward to a month later and I start noticing other issues. First one of the fog lights was out, then the rear brakes were scrubbing and squeaking, the radio had started to work intermittently again. Then after putting gas in the vehicle one afternoon the car sputtered, for maybe 10 minutes or so the car was shaking. I noted it and made the gas station owner aware. But noticed the next time I put gas in the car it did it again, and again. So I called and asked could I bring the car in. Well here began the drama. You can only get diagnostic service during the week, not on weekends when I was off work. So I was traveling for work and thought great time to leave the car, I won't be home anyways. I dropped the vehicle off to them on Saturday, March 11th, 2023. I was given a piece of paper to write down all my concerns and was told there would be a diagnostic fee which I quickly declined and got the sales manager involved with. Fast forward to Thursday, March 16th. I place a call to the dealership as I have heard nothing to be told diagnostics takes 3-5 days and it had only been 4. Monday, March 20th I called to get some answers. Was told they were looking at the car right now but could not duplicate some of the issues and could they keep the car to drive it more. Sure, but I need a rental or a loaner. The dealership declined and recommended I pick the car up until a check engine light comes on. As of today everyone that said they would call me back has not, I've left two voicemails for the General Manager, *** and no return call from him either.Business Response

Customer vehicle was dropped off on March 11th with concerns that the fog light was out, Radio was coming in and out and a sputter concern when starting the vehicle after fueling up. On March 17th the advisor contacted customer to advise the fog light has been replaced, the radio was tested and is currently operating as designed, ******* tack was filled and tested by technician. The test drive by technician indicates vehicle was operating as designed and no sputter after fill up. Also test drive did not indicate squeak and no scrubbing noise was heard or observed. We allowed the vehicle to sit a few days to conduct another test on the radio and breaks and sputter after driving. After second tests where completed on March 21th, the customer was called and spoke *********************** service director. The entire repair was reviewed with ************** and was advised to pickup vehicle.
On March 27th ************* came to the service department requesting to speak with a manager insisting that no one is calling her back regarding the status of her vehicle and that she was advised no trouble was found on her vehicle and it was ready for pickup. ********************* (customer relations) and *********************** spoke with ************** and reviewed the entire repair order, Fog log was replaced, Radio was tested and working as designed, gas was added and tested on two occasions and vehicle works as designed. Brakes are not screaking and working as designed. Provided complete repair order documentation for ************** and she was satisfied with details provide. The vehicle was delivered to ***** immediately following the meeting on March 27, 2023.

Purchased a vehicle on 12/23/2022. They advised me after I signed on the dotted line it needed to be inspected. The inspection lasted about 3 months. Retrieved possession of the vehicle on 2/9/23. I had taken the vehicle out on a road trip out of town. Noticed severe leak of coolant and smell of coolant. Have tried to reach dealership to no avail and no one is returning my calls nor are they willing to work with me. All I am asking if for them to repair the vehicle at no charge. I actually have a text message when the vehicle was STILL at the dealership from the Salesperson disclosing to me that they had to repair something with the "coolant." If my vehicle was still in the possession of the dealership for almost 3 months and I get the vehicle back then coolant failure, I am trying to figure out what exactly did the dealership fix that whole time because it couldn't have been the coolant. I spent $1100 already fixing the water pump and there are still other coolant areas that need to be fixed which I have receipt. NOW the truck is totally disabled with a bad alternator and stuck at a dealership out of the stuck. This is not fair. I haven't even had the vehicle a whole month. All I am asking is for someone at the dealership to cover whatever repairs that need to be done. I understand I bought it used however you can't just sell something that is faulty out of the door and leave it right on the consumer to fix this early after I made the purchase.Business Response

At the time of sale you are offered the option to warranty a purchase. With an electronic/power component such as an alternator if it is working at that time we cannot anticipate that it will experience mechanical failure. I am rejecting this response because: Your document proves absolutely nothing. Those two options talk about a key warranty and a satellite radio warranty. And where did this document come from? I do not have this document in my possession or with my paperwork. I really need my original statement addressed about why your dealership had my vehicle for over 2 months AFTER I made the purchase. I will tell you why...The vehicle already had issues. Please see my text message screenshot from the sales agent. She specifically told me you all were looking into the coolant. As soon as I picked that vehicle up, the coolant system failed. That is the main reason for my complaint. It is just so happen the alternator went out. Why wasn't the coolant system fixed? And who is going to settle and pay for the remaining coolant items to be fixed?

Made an appointment with dealer to service a fuel pump recall on vehicle. Spent 5 hours at the appointment only to be told they did not have the parts. Said they would call when they did. No call received, called the dealers parts center to ask. They said they keep the part in stock. Call service rep to make another appointment. At that appointment, service rep they do not have time that day and that I would need to bring the vehicle back a week later and leave it with them for 3 days to fix, and that they could not give me a comparable vehicle to drive during that time.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:The offer to fix the issue is 8 weeks from now. After initially bringing the vehicle in 4 weeks ago that is quite disappointing.
That is besides the issue of claiming to have fixed the trailer brake control module in January under warranty, later in January admitting it was not fixed and ordering parts to fix, now stating it will not be covered as I have passed 36k since that time.

I had a broken windshield with Gorilla Glass on my 2022 Jeep Gladiator. The glass has a 12 month/ 14000 mile warranty on it. I purchased my truck on January 18 2022. I first took my truck to Landmark to get an estimate for my windshield and other maintenance in August of 2022 with less than ***** miles. Landmark **** told me that theres no warranty on my windshield and it will cost $1000 for a new windshield. I later took my truck *************** dealership and thats when I was told about the warranty. Unfortunately by the time I was notified about a warranty, I had passed the warranty mileage. I then had to pay out of my pocket for a windshield that was under warranty.Business Response

If customer would like to bring us a copy of the invoice that either states that we denied or the invoice of the glass, he paid for to have repaired. we will submit to FCA to see if they will do a onetime goodwill re-imbursement for their glass.
