      Extremely unprofessional and very very rude, don't report to credit bureaus,they say you owe one thing and your credit report tells you something different strongly wish I could Have waited, they make PARS CARS look bad..just because someone has bad credit and have to go to an buy here pay here doesnt mean treat them from others Im currently in a car and I pay More money in the car before the car note the extra $10 to make a car payment is outrageous. United auto acceptance is very much fraud

      This company that takes Par Cars customers payment is rude, disrespectful and no consideration of the value of their customers. ****************** one of their staff harass me numerous of time flooding my voicemail out. Doing the last I would say $1200 left she made it her best too be annoying. I will not advise anyone to give they business to inconsiderate people of who pay they salary

      **** **** and ******* "*****" ***** are extremely unprofessional and combative.

      After giving **** **** professional courtesy as a 'Superior' over his agent, *******, he did not quickly adapt the same snide attitude and remarks as she did - but he hung up on me.

      As I was talking (I guess I was too long winded for him), he cut me off. Which I didn't take offense to, but then when I interjected he 'warned' me to let him finish. After I explained to him that NO ONE (regardless of business/collection) can CHARGE MY DEBIT CARD for any other amount than what I authorize. I don't think that was a hard concept to understand. You either charge the amount I agreed to OR you do not - and take the steps necessary ON YOUR END to forward to another department. He then accused me of "making the situation more complex than need be". After I asked him a simple question:
      "Can you legally take off more than I authorized verbally? Yes or No"

      He tried to gaslight me by piggy backing off of what I explained to him for what my frustration was with his agent - by calling me "confrontational". It wasn't upset that she wanted to pointlessly inform me of their policy - but once I told her I wasn't authorizing the "full amount" for my ONE past due payment - she had the power to either agree or disagree.
      And when disagreeing/declining to do so, you POLITELY say "Sorry Ma'am/Sir, I cannot honor your request at this time." And can chose to inform me what you WILL do or respectfully end the conversation. However, ******* didn't do that :) ******* wanted to change her tone of voice up as if SHE was annoyed. As if I was taking money out of HER pockets.
      So I explained to *******: "IF anyone should be annoyed here for Life circumstances, it should be me. If my car was to ever go into pre-repo status - it should be ME that's mad"...At NO POINT as a call agent should you ever adapt personal feelings (and definitely not let it be known to the customer). However, after I finally did tell her she was being rude, she kept blatantly over talking me by yelling "WHAT'S THE LAST FOUR OF YOUR CARD NUMBER?" Repeating it 4x or more. I ignored her because I couldn't believe the GHETTO I was really dealing with. Unbelievable. Just because you don't have to solicit the customers/accounts you receive - don't mean you turn OFF your charm in the customer service industry. Didn't no one tell YOU to pick that career choice.
      Because HOW ARE YOU GOING TO CONFIRM A PAYMENT THAT NEITHER OF US CAME TO A MUTUAL AGREEMENT ON?

      They are shady people in a shady business - but they've met their match. I don't lie down and "take it".

      Just because a person has opted in to a 'Buy here, Pay here' doesn't mean they live up to the stereotypes. However, I'd rather show them. They are GHETTO! They do not HAVE TO live up to the stereotypes of a "debt collector" either - but ******* and **** chose to.

      Is this why the turnover rate in that place is so high? Is that why each new agent seems to NOT have ANY decent training? Like the ONE girl who handled my account some time back - she was sweet and lasted ONE WEEK!

      I wouldn't advise anyone to do business with them or FOR them. Sucks that this is the only bank Pars Cars deals with. I couldn't imagine the toxicity it takes to work in that environment.

      I've had one car prior to this current one with them, and never made it this far because I paid it completely off in record time. This time around, we are going through a global Pandemic, and should not feel the NEED to explain or beg (I would never) our financial circumstances. Do what's within your power or don't. Simple. It cost $0 to talk and handle people with decency. But Aye, shady people move the way they are.

      God Sees ALL!!!! I hope this "collection" business on earth is all they strive to live for.

      After my husband called in on my behalf (clearly I was upset for being hung up on), he wanted to see if he could get clarification for if I was missing something or what. ******* was still politely cutting HIM off :) trying to get her policy speech in there. Not using her 'Active Listening' skills and in turn providing a solution with what I (THE CUSTOMER) was offering/willing to give.

      I don't deal with Loan sharks, and won't do it even when they try to mask themselves otherwise behind a business.

      Let's not talk about the "Interest" fees that I've accumulated but NEVER been in repo status 😏

      Let's not talk about the money I was charged for for "Insurance" provided by them when I emailed a "new" agent my Binder to them weeks prior.

      Never recieved a "ooppss! Our bad!" "We're going to refund it" etc etc.

      Listen, I just wanted to put the PG version out there. Never thought to check their reviews 🤔 So if you're reading this BEFORE you make a decision - DON'T!!!

      These..... (ungodly people) will make you curse on your best day!

      I need to go play my gospel music, because Whew! The devil works through his spawns.
      They need to go do some soul searching. Because the disrespect recieved from them was not warranted.

      I'm sure I am old enough to be **** ******* daughter or granddaughter. And nothing about HIM in that position screams 'Maturity', 'Knowledgable', or 'Wisdom'.
