      Hopefully this helps; United Auto Acceptance Corp assignee of Pars Car Sales should be exposed to see how they misuse consumers. I purchased a car from Pars cars almost 20 years ago. After a week of driving the vehicle the transmission failed. I took it back, they apologized and said they will replace the transmission at no cost. After receiving it back, the transmission went out again. I took it back again, only for them to tell me this time, it is now my responsibility to replace the transmission. Which tells me they never replaced the 1st on and knowingly sold me a vehicle with a faulty transmission. I spoke with Pars Cars Off Riverdale Rd and I explained my situation. They were rude and did not want to hear it. I took the vehicle back and never heard from them until maybe 11 years later. Since then off and on they United Auto Acceptance Corp, hasbeen trying Garnish my wages. The last time the Judge dismissed the judgement, in 2024. Now here they are again trying to Garnish my wages. There should be a law against this and I should be able to sue them for harassment, and mental anxiety. I will fight this to the very end. Please note I could not have been able to submit my review without giving them a star. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A ZERO PARS CARS. UNITED AUTO ACCEPTANCE CORP DESERVE NO STARS

      I would leave 0 if I could. I was in a car wreck and car was totalled out. I called once I was able to to inform them the car was a total loss and that I will need to activate my GAP coverage. They said okay, hang up. Fast forward 2 years, they are now calling me, my family and friends looking for the money on my loan. I told ****** ***, who has been probably the most rude, unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in my life, that I had purchased the gap coverage and he prpceeded to try and shake me down. Absolute trash. They refuse to provide me with the the documents I am legally entitled too before giving them any money. Both my wife and I have been hung up on, screamed and cussed at, and threatened. Also shows on my credit that the debt was written off the same time that I called to mention that I'd be using gap coverage, so I'm pretty sure that being written off on yalls books and still trying to collect is indeed tax fraud. So the *** page will be my next browser page.

      I called to speak with a supervisor named Mr. * at this ************* screamed at me then hung up on me while I was trying to speak with in regards to my account! I called back and told him he was very disrespectful for no reason and he hung up on me! He was very unruly! I spoke with ***** first and because I had everything he told me written down a quoted word for word what I was told he said he wasnt listening and hung up attempted to hang up on me I asked to speak with a supervisor and Mr * immediately was rude an disrespectful towards me!

      Extremely unprofessional and very very rude, don't report to credit bureaus,they say you owe one thing and your credit report tells you something different strongly wish I could Have waited, they make PARS CARS look bad..just because someone has bad credit and have to go to an buy here pay here doesnt mean treat them from others Im currently in a car and I pay More money in the car before the car note the extra $10 to make a car payment is outrageous. United auto acceptance is very much fraud

      This company that takes Par Cars customers payment is rude, disrespectful and no consideration of the value of their customers. ****************** one of their staff harass me numerous of time flooding my voicemail out. Doing the last I would say $1200 left she made it her best too be annoying. I will not advise anyone to give they business to inconsiderate people of who pay they salary

      Paining on a car and price is still the same as when I bought it
