  my car nephew was driving my car and was arrested & my car was impounded on the same day 7/10 at 8:01pm, I had called around trying to first find out where my car was towed but no one **uld give me information same night kept getting excuses that I would have to wait until the morning to find out if they had my vehicle. Next morning I eventually found the towing ** who had my vehicle I tried calling to get an estimate of how much it would be they stated that they **uldnt give that info over the phone due to a "privacy act" so when I got there, I was told that it would be $868.00 and for one day not even 24hrs. Eventually they took at least $200 off but I still believe that the prices are ridiculous even looking at the receipt they charge a qty of 2 for storage when it hadnt been two days and what is a light duty wrecker fee for $400. They are adding all these outrages fees for a tow for less than 24hrs. Then after receiving my car my car was running kind of weird and was shaking to it to auto shop and was told that my tire was warped or bent and suspension and steering repair and that it **uld of happened when they tied the car down at the towing **mpany stating that tying it too tight **uld cause it. Which now Im out of additional money. So a total of $990.84 was paid from a tow, I believe i should be **mpensated for the repairs and i should definitely been charged at a lower **st for the initial tow.

  I had called around trying to first find out where my car was towed but no one **uld give me information same night kept getting excuses that I would have to wait until the morning to find out if they had my vehicle. Next morning I eventually found the towing ** who had my vehicle I tried calling to get an estimate of how much it would be they stated that they **uldn't give that info over the phone due to a "privacy act" --WE DIDN'T MAKE THE LAWS!!

  so when I got there, I was told that it would be $868.00 and for one day not even 24hrs.-- THE MONIES WERE FOR THE *** NOT THE LENGTH OF STORAGE

FURTHERMORE A ROTATE AND BALANCE ON A CAR THAT SIZE IS LESS THAN $100.00---

  Which now Im out of additional money. --NOT TRUE-- YOUR MOTHER PAID THE BILL HERE AT W1

  YOUR MATH ISN'T MATHING!!!!!! MAYBE INSTEAD OF TRYING TO GET SOMETHING FOR NOTHING YOU SEEK REIMBURSEMENT OF THE $322.84 FROM THE REPAIR SHOP FOR YOUR "SUSPENSION AND STEERING" ISSUES.... LET ME ADD THIS. YOU ARE A VERY UNGRATEFUL PERSON WE REALIZE NO ONE WAKES UP WANTING TO PAY A WRECKER **** HOWEVER, HAD YOUR NEPHEW HIT MAMED OR KILLED SOMEONE YOU WOULD BE HAVING A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT CONVERSATION. SEEMS TO ME YOUR FRUSTRATIONS NEED TO BE DIRECTED @  TARAH

  Wrecker one pulled a truck off of interstate north 75 for our company that only took like thirty minutes and turn around and stole the truck by taking it to their lot so they could charge us a substantial amount to get the truck back ... they charged us $10250.00 to get the truck and load back and also we was told if we shared this information with anyone or post this on social media or complain to any agency that they would call DOT and have our trucks stopped and put out of service and business ..... this company is a criminal organization... they taking advantage of the everyday people and businesses.... we are looking to get all of the money back and file changes for stealing the truck and load .... Theft By Deception is what happened to us and many other people... this company license should be pulled .....
