In our 20 years of business we've been trucking throughout *** we have never dealt with crooks like them. Our truck was going up a exit ramp when it broke down. Police came and did not give the repair service we sent 1 second to fix the truck or let us call our own towing. Police called wrecker 1 and they came within minutes for their next victim. Just like everyone else in the reviews we were towed maybe 5 miles to their facility where they then hit us with a $19,360 bill (thankfully they were nice and gave us 25% off if we paid same day LOL). We have had a truck involved in crash and then towed 700 miles for less then $4,000 to give a example on how insane the price is that they charged us. The same day we had another tow company come take our truck out of wrecker 1 hands after we paid them and that company went double the miles and charged us $550. The problem here is because the police calls Wrecker 1 they are able to charge whatever they want so they try to charge you your soul. Police need to cross this company off from their list of who they work with because something is very wrong here and needs to be looked into.
