Unfortunate I have to leave this review. We purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Found the car online. We live 4 hours away. ******* knew that and stated a full inspection had been done on the car and guaranteed excellent condition. Well, we've already found that 3 out of 4 windows are busted. They will not roll back up. We've spoken to him 3 times since and he keeps stating he is going to "talk to his manager to see what they can do & call back" and of course, nothing. No one has helped remedy what they OBVIOUSLY knew was an issue. No dealership purchases a car without a complete inspection and they would have noticed 3 busted windows. This is just the first thing we've come across. Be careful when purchasing here. Definitely do your due diligence and if you are able to check the car out at the lot, test EVERYTHING.Atlanta Auto Brokers, Inc. Response

We feel that your review is not a correct representation of your recent vehicle purchase due to the lack of specific details. The purchased vehicle was a beautiful 2011 ***** CX9 that was priced well below the market value. With this vehicle being priced below market value it brought a lot of attention from out of state buyers including yourself. We are very transparent with all of our vehicle sales including out of state purchases. This particular purchase was done after you had someone you know and trust physically come to the dealership to look at this vehicle for you. Your relative was allowed an unlimited amount of time to look over this vehicle inside and out with no restrictions at all. After looking over the vehicle he was then allowed to take the vehicle on a lengthy test drive. Once back at the dealership after the test drive he was once again allowed unlimited time to look over the vehicle. After his visit to the dealership and providing you with his report on the vehicle, you all decided to move forward with the purchase. We provided you with a streamlined buying process and even helped provide you with shipping of the vehicle at a wholesale cost. The vehicle that was shipped to your home was the exact same vehicle in the exact same condition that was inspected by your relative. At no point did we misrepresent or portray to you that you were buying a brand new vehicle.Review from samuel m

very disappointed in this A plus BBB rated business, they sold me a used 2012 ******** that had been in an accident, but siad there was no damage. After purchasing vehicle then driving off lot i got 1 block up road adjusted my seat and head rest, let my window down and began hearing a rattle sound ,look over to right seat at traffic light and noticed headrest had been activated{airbag activated in head rest} drove another block pulled over and noticed airbag on both headrest had been activated.Called auto broker spoke with ****** ,she told me different things to do but none of them resolved the problem.I found a place on internet that repairs activated airbags and headrest.the cost of this repair was ****** dollars, called auto broker to get reimbursed the ****** dollars they told me that this was a used car and they had already done lot on that car that i requested which was to correct the air pressure on tires which was giving dashboard reading,2]to change oil in car which she said had already been changed and low oil pressure reading on dashboard with oil **** miles late on oil change3] check to make sure thermostat was ok because temp gauge was between ****** other than oil change and taking air out of one tire nothing else was done.although she felt that lot had been done for this car,So asking them to repair something that was known or unknown or hidden is a problem for them, just not good businessAtlanta Auto Brokers, Inc. On 11/20/2021 you did in fact purchase a 2012 ******** ******* from Atlanta Auto Brokers and we truly appreciate the opportunity of doing business with you however, we feel that your review is not an accurate representation of how we do business. When you came out to our dealership you were given an ample amount of time to look over the vehicle inside and out as well as test drive the vehicle. At no point in time did you let us know that the vehicles headrest was a concern of yours. Everything that you did have an issue with or wanted checked out/performed, we worked with you to accommodate those requests. Those request also consisted of discounting the vehicle $500, which we also agreed to do for you. We did not in any way attempt to hide from you anything about the vehicle. Prior to your purchase we did in fact go over the Autocheck Vehicle History Report with you that does state the vehicle was in an accident on 3/26/2016. This report was something that you signed acknowledging that we went over it with you. We believe that it is unfair to ridicule our business for not agreeing to perform additional work to the vehicle after you made the decision to purchase. We strive to provide our customers with quality pre owned vehicles and provide them with exceptional customer service.Review from Kenneth L

Sold me a Mercedes' Benz GL450 that was ultimately not prepared. Intake manifold failed second day I had the vehicle along with speed sensors(they offered to replace). Vehicle was purchased October 6 it's been in shop since October 8 because warranty company they use for their sales is incompetent and have yet to approve the repair because the vehicle was purchased 2 days before request. Will not send them any referrals and wish I could've returned vehicle and gotten money back.Atlanta Auto Brokers, Inc. Response

We apologize that the vehicle you purchased had issues so soon after purchase. Once we were notified of these issues we requested that you bring the vehicle to us so that we could rectify them. Rather than bringing the vehicle back to us, it was taken to the Mercedes dealership be to assessed. Mercedes did their diagnostics on the vehicle and started a warranty claim. Even though these issues were rather soon after purchase, the warranty stood behind their product and approved the claim/ authorized Mercedes to make the repairs. We attempted to follow up with you to see how the claim was going as well as to see if we could help in any way and did not hear anything back. We are glad that the vehicles issues are being addressed but wish we had more of an opportunity to help you with this matter.
