Very, very disappointed!! I not only traded a perfectly working 2010 ***** Cameo back in July.I paid off the difference and a heafty down payment, and warranty totalling ****** for 2010 Range Rover with heating issue. The truck started running hot without warning seems like a leak of some hose now the head gasket has issues, that the warranty company that was referred to my husband and I by Atlanta Broker won't cover. I haven't driven the vehicle a full 4 months before it started overheating, my husband called Atlanta Auto and they refured him to this mechanic who didn't have the parts to remove the hose to replace the leak ( I can't make this up) so we had to take it to another mechanic who fixed the parts, but now the leak has caused fluids to leak in other parts of the exhaust system and need a new engine.I wish I never traded in my perfectly running Camero for this headache ??this isn't going to be cheap to fix.... Lies the vehicle was not driven for extended period of time once referred out, and I have towing receipts to prove it. So not only do you sell lemons you refuse to accept accountability just like the ******** warranty company you referred. Purchased in July, and the problem started in November after I started using the heater. Now it has 3 blown head gaskets, the mechanic is charging **** for dropping the engine to o check for a leak, just to find none..of course their referred warranty company won't cover it. And the mechanic says it will cost about **** hundred to repair. These people are selling bad cars and from other reviews I'm not alone.

We are saddened to hear your vehicle is having issues and can assure you this was not an issue with the vehicle at the time of purchase. The vehicle was purchased in July and this issue arose in the month of November. A coolant leak on a vehicle can begin at any point in time, and the roughly 3 months that passed goes to show it was not an issue at the time of sale. Upon purchase of the vehicle you did in fact opt in to purchased a Service Contract. Unfortunately in this case the ************************ is not covering repairs. If you are not happy with the Service Contract you are more than welcome to cancel the coverage, which was relayed to you recently. When you contacted us in reference to your vehicle having a coolant leak we did refer you to a reliable trustworthy mechanic in the area to have the vehicle inspected. That was the last time we had any contact with you until a 1 star rating on ****** here recently. Based on your review as well as this complaint it is quite apparent as to why the Service Contract is not covering repairs. The vehicle was driven while overheating which caused your head gasket to blow. The Service Contract will not cover repairs for breakdown when the direct cause is neglect for running the vehicle while hot. When a vehicle runs hot it is only a matter of a few short minutes before extreme damage is caused. How can Atlanta Auto Brokers be held liable for something that is well out of our control. This coolant leak was not something that existed prior to or at the time of sale and developed months later.

We apologize that you are having issues with your vehicle. No one knows when something is going to teardown on a vehicle or what that component failure may be. We do everything we can to ensure that we are selling a quality vehicle. All of our vehicles go through a Used Car Inspection as well as have a passing Georgia emissions test. Once a vehicle completes our process then it is placed on the market for sale. You came out to our dealership and looked over the vehicle, test drove the vehicle, and decided to move forward with a purchase. Part of the purchase process is having our customers look over and sign an Autocheck vehicle History Report which shows the number of past owners, any accidents or damage, title issues, and even open recalls. We require each customer to sign an Autocheck history report to ensure transparency. You did sign an Autocheck. While in the finance office we offer extended warranty options to protect customers from future repairs that will arise at some point. You did make the decision to purchase an extended warranty, which is always a great decision. A couple weeks after your purchase you called to inform us that you were having issues with you vehicle. We attempted to be as helpful as possible by letting you know that you do have free roadside assistance including towing. We got you into direct contact with the tow company to take your vehicle to an authorized repair facility at no cost at all. We also explained that if your vehicle does need some sort of repair done then your warranty company would take care of it for you and it just all starts with having the vehicle diagnosed. You continued to express your anger for being in this situation while we are trying everything we can to assist you. We even offered to cover your $100 deductible for your warranty given the unfortunate circumstances. We were never contacted with a diagnosis of your vehicle and neither was the warranty company. Neither Atlanta Auto Brokers or your warranty company can assist you with your repair without being notified of what is needing to be done. If the vehicle does in fact have an issue with your powertrain than the repair facility that diagnosed your vehicle would just need to contact the warranty company to get that replaced for you. If you would like us to speak to your repair facility in order to get the process started, we would be more than happy to.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
      Company to provide Autocheck disclosure.
Company to provide disclosure making consumer aware of National Recall on required repairs that can cause personal injury. Listed as such on report. There are multiple recalls. None of which we ever completed. So you keep selling a car with outstnding Recalls and you did not feel that the public should know. Or your Salesperson stating no issues at all have been listed.
Used Car State Licensing require a disclosure on the RECALLS and Dealer making Consumer aware they are outstanding and have not been completed. Nothing was provided. I asked for copy of Car Fax Report and Trentish?,Manager stated no problem. But no report was in the papers.
Dealer overpriced this car. Car condition was incorrect. THis was poor conditon if an Engine is needed. Car had issues after driving 150 miles. business.
Conversation with Manager took place cause car was going to stall out on me. Warranty company did not have my account because it was New Case after less than 30 days from the purchase. I was not in there system. However that is the last time I spoke with Trentish. No callback at all. Called back and spoke with ********. He was to look into it. Never called back. Last time called and left message. No callback. Car was towed to two Mechanic. Transmission was not the issue but the Engine was Misfiring and losing oil through the Engine. My Mechanic made me aware of RECALL on this car.
Car has to be inspected by KIA ********** for repairs most of which are listed on RECALL list already provided by me. Due to the overwhelming amount of cars being repaired at **** my appt scheduled for next week. And I was told it will take until mid-November before repairs can be completed.
I purchased this car as 2nd car for me in another State. I drove this car less than 300 miles and numerous repairs are needed.
If Auto Dealer had of pointed out the RECALLS, I would'nt have bought this car. Buying this car has been a nightmare in less than 30 days of owning it. Broker should looked it up. If such an Inspection is performed prior to selling the car then guess your company ignores looking at the RECALL list. Obviously. So you are not transparent. Your company choose to cover the problems up- put on a quick shine and hope it holds long enough. Except this time is did not work and broke down with 200 miles of driving.
What Auto Dealer sells a car to the public trying to hide behind the "As Is" Disclosure. While at the same time stating the car was Pre-Inspected and cleared Dealer's report but Dealer ignored outstanding dangerous Recalls on this VIN#. It would seem making sure a car was not on a RECALL list is important factor.
I am a Senior Citizen and asked this Salesperson over and over again about car and he swear to no alerts, being inspected by their Mechanic. I feel this Broker took advantage.
Please provide disclosure signed by me that the Dealer disclosed there was several outstanding recalls not completed and I was alright with assuming these repairs. Why were RECALL items not disclosed in writing on separate document to let consumer know recall items are listed for several year and we are not fixing. Consumer it up to you to assume those recalls
This car was sold at full value needing no major issues. However that was a lie!
Dealer was deceptive in his selling. Dealer hid important issues that can effect the safety of the car to whoever purchased it.
Show me the disclosure on the Recalls.- but to sell car at full value and value was not there, unless RECALL items are fixed. This is DECEPTIVE. Cleaning engine, making it shine and there are problems- car does not even hold oil. This is Deceptive. My Mechanic told me Oil was changed in June, 2021- however dipstick was dry. This is deceptive- cause car was burning oil and misfiring. Both Mechanic stated so. They wanted $145 for full examine of engine. Called Dealer about this spoke to ********. This Auto Dealer did nothing. Problem could of been fixed with no out of pocket cost. BUT your Mechanic inspected that car. Please show this report and report for AutoCheck that obviously was not valid -cause the RECALLS are going back several years and was never completed. I provided document with report and recall. ONCE KIA ****** INSPECTS CAR- YOU WILL HAVE WRITTEN REPORT. APPT CONFIRMED THE **** OF THE 25TH. I'm paying on a car I have only driven a couple of days

Once again we do apologize for the issues that have arose with your vehicle. There is no way for us to know when a vehicle is going to break or what that component may be. As requested we have included a copy of the Autocheck Vehicle History Report showing 1 open recall that was signed by you at the time of purchase.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
****** needs to provide full report There are more than one Recall. Prior Owner nor ****** bothered to get fixed. There were two Recalls this year. Obviously ****** does not have updated information on the recalls. However company claims to have Autochecked the car prior to selling. A consumer driving a car for 200 miles and then car goes out is FRAUD. So this company's excludes Autochecks and checking Recalls that are harmful to Consumer. Why should ****** liability excludes items on Government Recall. How is a Licensed State ****** selling cars published by ** Government needing repairs and throw it off on the Consumer to repair. t
But to sell a car that last 200 miles and not even ********************************************** being Senior Citizen. Atlanta Auto Broker has deceptive practice and tired to take advantage of a situation. Car running for 200 miles sends red flags. Your Salesperson stated car was in excellent shape and checked out by your Mechanic. Why does my report state the exact reason for a nationwide recall. While ******'s disclosure lacked details. How as a Consumer did I get adequate details of the recall from the ******. This type of Recall notice should of been thoroughly described upfront. My Mechanic made me aware of the Recall.
So if ****** inspected the car and is transparent- why wasn't the car taken to KIA ****** to get recall items repaired?
****** priced car based on not having engine issues. Car value was not accurate. Condition was over exaggerated.
Explain why ****** was pushing for me to take Warranty-he knew condition of vehicle and this was a lemon.

Prior to your purchase of the vehicle we did in fact provide you with the entire Autocheck Vehicle History Report, the same one that was signed by yourself. The report that we provided to you was the report dated the same day of your purchase. It was not an old one, and it was not just pieces of one. In reference to the condition of the vehicle, it was in fact inspected by our shop as well as had a passing Georgia Emissions Inspection. At the time of purchase the vehicle had no known issues. We aren't too sure how you can point blame to Atlanta Auto Brokers or our sales rep for saying that the vehicle was in great condition, you yourself came to our dealership in person and looked at/test drove the vehicle before purchase. If you at any point in time felt as though the vehicle was not worth the amount we were asking due to its condition than of course you have that choice to not purchase. We did not push you to purchase an extended, we offered you an extended warranty because you were purchasing a vehicle with thousands of moving parts. At any point in time one of those parts can fail and an extended warranty is the only way to protect our customers after the sale.

I had a very poor experience. I paid a premium for the car I wanted, a Lexus 2012 IS 250 Convertible. The car had some body damage and we negotiated a fair price to get the bodywork. My salesman, Trent, told me this car had a twentysomething point mechanical inspection. While we were in his office he used a typical high-pressure tactic, "There is another buyer here waiting to buy this car if you don't." Turns out that was not true. To get the bodywork started I had to pay the purchase price for them to start. I paid with a Certified check and we set a date to pick the car up. I called Trent the next day and asked if I could get a copy of the mechanical inspection, he said "Oh, they don't like to give those out as it might cause them trouble." I told him I already paid for the car I wanted to see the inspection. He said he would get it to me, he never did. The car has problems, the cruise control doesn't work, a headlamp is out, he lied about getting the car detailed.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/06/07) */ All of our vehicles do go through our shop before they are put on the lot for sale. The reason we do not provide customers with this documentation is because it is an internal document that we do not use to persuade a buyer into purchasing a vehicle. If a buyer has some concerns regarding the vehicle before purchase, then they are more than welcome to take the vehicle to their own mechanic to have a Pre Purchase Inspection completed in order to have peace of mind. In regards to the detail of the vehicle, we did in fact clean the vehicle before you arrived to take delivery. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/06/08) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) These people tell lies without remorse! The car's interior had not been touched, literally filthy! I trusted the salesman's word that the car had been thoroughly checked for mechanical problems, so we did not feel the need for another mechanic to check the car. These people are crooks!!! Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2021/06/11) */ We do not feel as if we are crooks or liars in anyway. We have been in business since 1987 providing customers all over the country with quality vehicles at great prices. When you visited our dealership you were given the opportunity to look over the vehicle inside and out, as well as test drive it. You pointed out a few things that you wanted to have repaired and made us an offer on the price of the vehicle. We agreed to discount the vehicle and make some of the requested bodywork repairs. We performed everything that was agreed upon. We apologize that you feel the vehicles interior was not clean enough and would have made the attempt to clean it up more for you if it was brought to our attention. Consumer Response /* (4200, 11, 2021/06/11) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Of course they are going to deny lying, LIARS ALWAYS DO! My outstanding repair shop is Pro Import Automotive, Gainesville, GA. Rich is the owner he has replaced the low beam headlamp and I have an appointment to have him repair the cruise control. Do the right thing and pay for my repairs, and detail, and I will remove all of the reviews and drop the complaint.
