    We were duped by a **** ROCHINI FOR $104.99. He claimed he worked for Pure Property Management and had 10 properties in the *****, ** area that needed to be cleaned by 10/17/24. Me and my company accepted his project, and we agreed on cost and scope of work before accepting the project. However, he then told us that we needed a certain type of certificate, and his company could cover us (certify us) for the project for $104.99 which would be refunded. So, we paid the money and was ready to work the next day. However, that evening, he sent us a contract that was totally different from what we had agreed upon and then told us that we needed to pay an additional $255 to deactivate their lock boxes, which was NEVER MENTIONED at the beginning of the deal. So, we told him that because this was not discussed in the original deal, we would not move forward with the project and asked for our $104.99 back WHICH WAS NEVER REFUNDED. THEY ARE TRUE FRAUDS!!!!!! It's a shame that people are so crooked and dishonest these days. What they fail to remember is "what goes around comes around". They will reap getting defrauded as well since they defrauded us. Stay Clear and be Vigilant.!!

    Tenants and property owners need to beware of this company. They assume your home as if they are paying the mortgage, but leave you to pay all the charges. You essentially have no say in what happens with your property after you sign a contract with them, including maintenance, tenants, etc. Once you realize this is not the company for you and decide to leave, they then charge you excessive charges to break the contract. A tenant was placed in my home August 1, 2024. They keep the entire first month's rent. After I learned of their deceptive practices, I submitted a notice to terminate my contract with them. I was charged the remainder of the months of the contract, despite no services from their end, totaling $1584.00. They refuse to provide me with tenant information such as email and phone number to arrange for affordable maintenance to be performed on the home. I wasn't informed about the maintenance issue until 1 week later, then I was rushed to get it resolved. I have been threatened with talks of using their overpriced vendor if I don't provide my vendor information to them. I was told that this would not be the case, but the person who signed me up for this price-gouging company was very deceptive and then fired after I signed my contract. I rather terminate my contract because I know I will never see a full month's rent with them. I was also charged for cleaning services that were unnecessary because I had the home deep-cleaned a week before the tenant moved in. They charge me $240 for a spot cleaning. ***. This company has high reviews that are questionable. I know of several people who have decided to part ways with them, yet they have a high rating. If you decide to dance with the devil and do with this company, please review your contract thoroughly and know you will regret it soon after signing with them. Overall, this has been a horrible experience that no property owner should ever go through. If I could 0 stars I would!
