    My lease ended on February 28, 2025 with Pure Management at **********************************************. Prior to moving I received an email from **** ******* with an attachment of a notice to vacate, one of the attachments was a check list of important items and areas to clean. I spent an entire day along with my partner cleaning the home, my partner painted all the base boards and window seals. ******* ****** the property manager sent me an email with an attachment of the move out inspection results. Ms ****** stated I will be charged for cleaning and stated the home was not properly cleaned. There were some items I left in the closet and bathroom and one of the blinds were broken, I attest to that. Ms ****** is stating the house was not cleaned which is not true, cleaniess is subjective, based on the checklist sent by Mr. ******* and the description of what clean is, Ms ****** is using her subjective opinion and not the guidelines of the checklist. I will attach several photos of the home after we finished cleaning the home.

    Pure property keep trying renewal after have advised them several times no renewal my lease. I have several emails stating do not renew my lease and its notes on my account. They keep charging my account for nsf on a closed bank account. They charging 30 dollars nsf and 88 fee

    We have marked the lease as "Notice to Vacate" in our system already. We sent an official Notice to vacate form to this tenant to sing on April 5, 2024 and have not received it signed by them yet. 

    Regarding the *** fee that was charged, this is something that will need to be disputed with the bank. We apply the *** fees to the tenant ledger as described in the lease. Paragraph 7 of the tenant's lease states:

    7. RETURNED / DISHONORED PAYMENTS
    If ******* check or EFT is returned or not honored by the ******* financial institution, for any reason, a fee of five percent (5%) of the total of the item(s) drawn against or Thirty Dollars ($30.00), whichever is greater, plus any bank charges levied against Management shall be deemed payable by Tenant in addition to any late payment fees outlined herein. Management reserves the right to require payment in certified funds for all future payments upon Managements notification of dishonored or returned transaction and require payment of the $20.00 fee outlined in Paragraph 5 above.

    The $88.25 fee is the amount charged for the payment that the tenant made on March 29, 2024 that was returned by their bank due to insufficient funds. 

    We are charging according to the lease the tenant has signed and we have them marked and vacating at the end of their current lease term - June 29, 2024.

    We have acted in accordance with the lease and the law.
