      My daughter has been a patient at this dentist office for about 4 years. It has been none stop of cancellation of appointments with to no notice. The front staff have no clue or no explanation when ask. Very unprofessional when you do call. There is a lot of standing around talking and not being professional. My daughter has been given the run around for 3 weeks about her cancelled appointment. I was given a number to call their other location in *********** with similar results. The ** at *********** location stated she refuse to touch her. And gave me an appointment back to the ****** location just to rush me off the phone. I didnt feel comfortable about it so I called ****** location back to confirm. Only then I find out that they dont have appointment in the system. There is a lot of back and forward with no results. I never felt comfortable or at ease. But continued to give benefit of doubt. I completely disliked December 20. My daughter had wisdom teeth removed. And after procedure had to drive to back of building for pickup. My daughter was returned to me in a back alley next to trash dumpster! This facility needs a full investigation and should be reviewed and visited by a state board immediately. This is a pediatric dentist that has major issues. I am now still awaiting an appointment from weeks ago to complete a job that should have been finished.

      I went to ******************************* and Braces at their location in ***********************. I have 4 kids needed to be seen, one of which is autistic, and it was their first trip to the dentist ******* our appointment they told me i could wait in the lobby, when i asked to go with my kids they said no, its policy. I asked for them to make an exception because as their parent i have a right to be with them. They asked the dentist and i was again told no, they do not make any exceptions. No parents. Then with an attitude i was told if i want to be with my kids i need to drive to one of their locations north of *******. We left immediately and I am now making the BBB aware of this. Our appointment was Yesterday, July 10th at 10am. Upon further research i found this policy is not only illegal but is a sign of a predatory enviroment. Looking at the reviews on ******, im glad i left when i did, they use restraints such as a papoose for unruly kids, and there is even a video in ****** rewievs of a child tied to the table with a sheet as he slams his head around.

      I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the orthodontic treatment I have been receiving from Topaz Dental since January 2024. Despite having paid for braces and ongoing treatment, the office has failed to complete my treatment by removing my braces and providing retainers. On May 28, 2025, I had a scheduled appointment which was canceled without any notification to me. Since that date, I have made over ten attempts to contact the office as well as corporate support, but have received no meaningful response or resolution. I have only been able to reach their scheduling number, whose staff are unable to assist with information about the office closure or connect me to anyone who can resolve my ******* further complicate matters, the orthodontist has never clearly identified himself or communicated directly with me about my treatment plan, progress, or next steps, which has made this process even more difficult and frustrating. No one at the facility has taken responsibility or offered me ************* of today, I remain with braces that should have been removed, and I do not have retainers as promised. This incomplete treatment is impacting my dental health and causing me considerable stress.I am requesting immediate resolution of this matter, including:* ??Removal of my braces * ??Provision of retainers * ??A clear explanation of why treatment was interrupted * ??An apology for the inconvenience and poor communication If I do not receive a timely response, I will be forced to escalate this complaint to the state dental board and other appropriate consumer protection agencies.I expect to hear back within 10 business days.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

      We only use jubilee Dental for my kids dental work. My daughter had told her dentist twice that her fillings felt out and something isnt right with it during previous 2 regular cleaning. Both time got told kept eyes on it till last year August her another time of cleaning, they told her there was a hole and she will need root canal which would cost over $1500 out of our pocket. I found office manager and told her whats going on and the whole situation. She told me they would contact dentist and figure out a better option. After few months waiting, we got told they would get our daughter to schedule for the appointment and get root canal done free with no charge since the whole situation. That was back in Dec. Finally got notified that her appointment will be in March. So we set it up and just want get it done as my daughter is going to college in August. Unfortunately, her appointment got rescheduled 3 times, March one didnt happened, May one didnt happened, the one scheduled for June 20th didnt happened. Today June 25th, they finally got her in, only be told it would cost $775.25 out of pocket as they find her a different doctor. So whats the free of no charge they told us before?? The office manger we spoken for is no longer work there. Talked to new office manager to see if she can help discount anything and she told us she will reach out to see if there is anything they can do but might not get the results i want which made me felt we are went back to the beginning!! Where is the free of no charge? If you, jubilee dental told your customers it will be free of no charge, how can you back out what you said?? We could avoid this whole thing if they did hear my daughter the first time when she told them there was something wrong. We are not dentists, so we take your advice!! But this whole thing is just ridiculous and irritating. Specially they made us wait that long and kept rescheduling, and still want us to pay that much?? I dont agree!!!

      The target *************************************************************** The African American security guard is still receiving his payment daily. And Im receiving my payment daily. Because of him I lost usage of the shipt app. And people in the court room were laughing at me when I said I didnt make any money. The African American security guard didnt show up to court room.

      I am filing a complaint against Elstar Dental for unauthorized and unclear billing practices involving myself and my *********** June 2025, I received a bill for my childrens dental cleanings from December 2024. This was the first notification of any outstanding balance. Between December and June, I had multiple appointments for both myself and my children. At no time was I informed (during visits, payments, or over the phone) that a balance existed.After contacting billing, I was told that payments I made for my own treatments were applied to cover my childrens cleanings, which were not covered by insurance. I was never informed that these cleanings were not covered, nor that my payments would be applied to their accounts. At the time of each payment, I was provided printed receipts showing I had paid in full for my own treatments.For example, on May 14, 2025, I paid $169 for my treatment and received a receipt confirming this payment. Later, I was told that this payment had been applied to my childrens accounts instead. I did not authorize this and only learned of it after receiving a bill. As well as being billed treatments for ortho care which my children do not receive.I never agreed to have my payments applied to other accounts, was never informed of insurance denials related to my childrens cleanings, and only received a bill of this issue months later. I have credit card statements confirming all payments made as shown on the receipts.I now have balances totaling several hundred dollars on my account and my childrens accounts. This lack of transparency and incorrect billing is unacceptable.I request a full audit of my payments, correction of any misapplied funds, removal of incorrect charges, and a written explanation. Elstar Dental should review and improve their billing and communication procedures. If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter to consumer protection agencies.Sincerely,********* *****-***********

      I went to the dentist last September 2024 to start the process of replacing and repairing my dental work. I had one filling which it has been irritated from the gel they use for impressions. I have done over 8 impressions and so on the 10th it was horrible. The teeth are crooked and they hurt my mouth trying to make a partial plate fit. At this point I want them to pay for every trip that I had to pay for coming there and leaving. The frustration and I was already scared of the dentist and I need a filling but because they are unsanitary and I got sick from the chemical grit I. My mouth. I am asking for 5000 to settle my claim

      I went in for a cleaning about a month ago by ************ I was not given proper treatment and was sent home . A week later a dental abscess formed in my mouth and he gave me antibiotics and referred me to a different dentist for a root canal, well at the other dentist office they then found ANOTHER dental abscess on the left side of my mouth with two cavitys that 100% shouldve and were seen on the full mouth exam and x-rays and mustve just been ignored and not treated, they also informed me I do not need a root canal on the tooth that I was sent there for originally, that I just needed a filling redone . I then went to creston dental after talking to corporate to see if they would make things right ( as corporate told me to do ) and the dentist Dr ******** told the manager I was not welcome in the office, find a new dentist, and he would not be coming out and fixing anything or talking to me . Also i was informed they charged my insurance for an exam that they DID NOT EVEN DO CORRECTLY . They are now trying to get it taken off of my insurance so I can get it redone at a better dentist office . The manager apologized for her stubborn dentist and kept apologizing to me . I was treated so poorly & now am having to deal with all of this and pay out of pocket to have an examination done on my mouth properly in hopes that he didnt overlook ( or chose not to treat ) anything else, I already have a 4900$ bill from the other dentist just for the TWO teeth he decided not to tell me about, which I have X-rays and proof of all of this, not including my 56$ exam that I need and thats without X-rays . Keep in mind when you view the X-rays below I was told MY TEETH WERE HEALTHY AND I ONLY NEEDED SENSODYN and prescribed me a toothpaste, they completely disregarded my mouth pain, my concerns and my oral health .

      I am filing this complaint against Spencers Dental because of repeated poor treatment by the front desk staff and office employees. The staff have been consistently rude, unprofessional, and dismissive during multiple visits. They show a lack of urgency, empathy, and care toward patients especially those using ********* This creates an uncomfortable and stressful environment for both adults and children.I believe that no patient should be treated with disrespect because of the type of insurance they carry. I am not disputing any money, but I want the business to address its customer service practices and ensure that staff are properly trained to treat all patients equally and with courtesy.

      ************** is trying to charge me for 15% restocking fees. Charges that were never disclosed verbally or in writing. Apart from that *********************************** supposedly gives 24 to cancel to avoid financial responsibility. I cancelled treatment and all future appointments prior to the 24 hour time frame. My phone records prove this. They use ******************* initially charging the full amount of $2550 and after I appealed charges for services never being rendered. They charged the *** account $382 for restocking fee. I appealed this charge and was denied by ************ Dentistry.. I have excellent credit and this is going to negatively impact my credit score. This business is deceitful and practices fraudulent acts.
