            On 1/7/2020 we entered into an agreement with ECOLAB for a glass washer appliance rental at a Base Rate of $169.95/month. Regarding future rate increases, the agreement states:"The prices under this Agreement will remain in effect for a minimum of one year. Thereafter, Ecolab may increase the Rental Rate and any additional charges and extended service prices by no more than 8% annually but only with at least 30 days' notice to Customer."As such, the maximum monthly rate charged at any time during calendar year 2023 would be: $214.08 2020 Base Rate: $169.95, 2021 **** Rate: $183.54, 2022 **** Rate: $198.22, 2023 **** Rate: $214.08 However, Ecolab has delivered the following invoices:June 2022: $201.91 July 2022: $212.01 Aug. 2022: $212.01 Sept. 2022: $212.01 Oct. 2022: $212.01 Nov. 2022: $212.01 Dec. 2022: $231.09 Jan. 2023: $231.09 Feb. 2023: $231.09 Mar. 2023: $231.09 Apr. 2023: $231.09 May 2023: $240.33 June 2023: $240.33 July 2023: $240.33 Aug. 2023: $240.33 Sept. 2023: $240.33 Oct. 2023: $240.33 I have notified the company ****** of times that they are not billing me the correct amount. I have spoken to multiple employees in the credit department and customer service and I have notified my sales rep ****** of times. They refuse to make any changes to the billing.

            Awful business and practices. They s**** small businesses - do NOT do business with this company! They charge far more than other dishwasher companies, charge you a ridiculous penalty of $200+ each month if you don't buy enough of their product, and it's impossible to get anyone to help or talk with you. I've been in business for nearly 20 years and can't believe what they can get away with. We canceled with them and have never looked back. It's no wonder they can't keep their reps around.
