    Horrible customer service. Salesman and management (GSM ****************************** ***********************) completely mislead me after pressuring me multiple times to come in and sell my truck to the dealership. I was given a price to sell my 2022 **** F-250 in writing that was not honored. I even made sure everything was locked in before coming because I live out of town. Upon arrival the salesman *************************** ended up offering me nearly $4,000 less than was promised. Wasted my time on multiple phone calls, texts, wasted hours of time traveled, wasted money on gas and energy. I recommend that you do business with a reputable dealership that stands by their word instead of lying to customers with givng a low-ball offer such as this, and yes I left the dealership with my truck. If you want a decent offer on the sell of your truck go straight to CarMax. Even after I reached out to the salesman *************************** and Management (GSM ************************* )(GM ***********************) to express my dissatisfaction with the way I was treated they completely ignored me at first but then later responded to my text saying that I was trying to "throw mud". THAT IS NOT THE ***** This review is only the truth of what took place. Courtesy **** treated me 100 times better during the purchase of my truck.

    Unfortunately you have posted an untrue statement. I have never spoken to you or had any interaction with you what so ever. ***********************. As to your issue with the purchase price, any price given sight unseen is an estimate until the vehicle is seen and evaluated in person. Your false statements about pressure are also inaccurate as we simply offer to purchase vehicles from consumers that are wanting to sell. You approached us wishing to sell your vehicle in person without the vehicle. 3 follow-up calls were made by the sales department over a 5 day period to determine when you could present the vehicle for inspection. We offered you a purchase price and you declined that amount.
