Leaving one star is generous for this slap shod run "property management" business. Tjeu are very good at collecting their fees but when asked to actually check on the property they will either give you a reason why they can't or just ignore your communications. They allowed my tenants to completely destroy my back yard in the year they lived there, and told me there was nothing they could do about it because they had lost the move in inspection photos to prove it. When I talked with ********************************* husband he essential said that I could take them to court but they would tie it up, waste my time and money and he knew enough people locally that they would win. Do yourself a favor and avoid these charlatans who hide behind their proud naval service.

I have to say I was surprised by this particular review. Having had time to review our records and speak with my staff I need to give the public some information so that have the facts and know there is no basis for this review. First I would like to say that this property owner had his property returned at his request so that he could sell it. We moved the tenants out and took care of inspections and minor repairs. The "destroyed" yard was some overgrowth and some down branches which we had an estimate done to have the work taken care of. The home owner wanted his home back quickly and we offered to give him the estimated $400 in lieu of sending out a vendor. He picked up a check for the $400 from our office, if he had not done so we would have paid the vendor and his yard been restored. Secondly, the home owner has had my personal cell number and email the entire time we managed his property and never let me know of any issues in regards to inspecting the property.Third, my husband would not have told the home owner anything of the sort. He may have told him that if we went to court we would lose as the few times I have had to go we do know what is winnable and what is not. Having received $400 from the security deposit of the tenants remedied the situation so why would we go to court?Lastly, while I don't generally allow emotion to enter I will address the home owner's name calling... We are not a slap shod run company, we are not charlatans and we most certainly do not hide behind our proud military service. We are however human and admittedly can make mistakes, everything here was done by the book and as per ****************** wishes. I simply ask the public to look beyond the name calling and see the facts. Thank you.
