      Fool me once, Shame on you, Fool me twice...My sales rep *** is 5 stars worthy. Nothing else about this review is.I got new windows installed last year. For as long as the process took, supply chain,, delivery with my work schedule, etc., I was ok with 6-8 weeks. The vendor contracted by Window World (yes vendor) was two hours late and it wasn't until I called them that customer service mentioned that the guy was about 30 min away. You can definitely tell he rushed, but it wasn't until he left and the windows settled after a couple days, that I noticed the poor quality. After getting my sales rep involved, a QC inspection was scheduled for almost 10 days later! They come out confirm what was already obvious in the photos I sent, to then schedule the install guy to come back out almost two weeks later. That appt gets canceled (Nov 15) and I'm told they'll have to reschedule me well after Thanksgiving. After getting my sales rep involved once more, he gets me back on the books in 48 hours. SHEEESH!Fooled me twice... I rolled the dice with them a second time this year to get my rear entry door replaced. My first appt for installation was scheduled for 7/6. I get a call on 7/3 that they need to reschedule. At this point the next available slot that works for my schedule is 8/21. The door guys come out, the lead guy takes one look and says, "We don't have the correct trim for the Transom in the truck." After a call to the warehouse, its determined the wrong one got ordered. "Sorry we need to reschedule." Supply chain aside, "Its not like we did it on purpose" from the Escalations Mgr is not an appropriate response to costing a client time off from work with a demanding travel schedule and reflects poorly on the organizations overall customer service. I currently do not have a new installation date. An internal review of the reports and call logs from my home projects should raise concerns and proper recourse to rectify the latest situation should come swiftly.

      Window world did a great job new 11 windows, siding, garage *************** door! Only took about 6 days for everything to be complete. We highly recommend this company for your home remodeling. Lifetime warranty on their products!

      I had nine windows done. The whole process was so easy to measuring ordering the windows delivery and installation. The installation crew were efficient and professional and the windows look beautiful Follow-up calls we're done asking if the team did that job as well as after the installation I would definitely use this company again and recommend them highly

      Horrible company! Took over two years to finally install all my windows. Multiple times showed up with wrong trim color and broken windows. I have argued with management plenty of times and they keep saying they will get back to me but never do. I have decided to *** them since I have a damaged window that is under warranty that they will not respond to me about.
