  I have been using this group for several years as I progressively replaced all the windows in my home. I have found them to be a great group, on time, communicative and believe it or not - actually honor their warranty. I have has no issues with my windows at all, but had a few clips that broke and they were in the mail the next day. The most impressive to me was that I had a very small bathroom window that would not stay open. Then responded immediately, and had it replaced with 2 days. VERY IMPRESSIVE these days!!

  Certainly not the good experience I was assured of when I gave the salesman my order. I have not had any responses from him to handle the issues I've had since the installation. I received a torn screen, then within a month of that one of the mechanisms that opens the window broke and the cranks on both windows are stiff and hard to turn, just to mention a few. I was given a two months ETA to have a quality check and get the screen replaced. When I held back on the final payment and advised I'd reached out to the BBB on the issues, and another company observed the issues and spoke to the manager at WW, only then was he out within the week. Funny enough the manager that came out, said I shouldn't be afraid to use force to turn the crank because I couldn't break it, and yet it did. I know they are not the most reasonably priced so I am really disappointed and don't have confidence in their products or peace of mind. ***** in customer service has been cool in taking my calls and conveying the issues. From the gaslighting the manager gave, seems they are overextended and compromising quality for quantity and their bottom line.

  Window World has put all replacement windows in our current home in recent years. Any issues have been addressed and corrected very professionally. Great product and Warranty. Just had them out to price ***************************** in a farm house we own. Sales consultant **************** came out, took measurements and quoted the job within an hour. Pricing and product are about the best you will find. Looking forward to new windows and doors in 6-8 weeks. I HIGHLY recommend Window World products and their staff. ******************

  We wanted to replace all of our screens on the enclosed back patio with windows that opened out so we could enjoy the space year-round without getting covered by pollen and attacked by mosquitoes! Our handyman referred us to Window World. The sales person was very knowledgeable and gave us a great quote for 17 windows and screens. The ordering process was easy and the crew who did the installation was amazing (efficient, thorough, and professional). I couldnt be happier with the end result. Thanks Window World!

  We love our new patio door installed by ***** and Junior. They were professional and respectful. The entire experience with Window World was exceptional. Salesperson, ***, knowledgeable but not pushy,The customer support was pleasant When its time to replace our windows Window World will get our business !

  ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THEY GET YOUR MONEY!!!!!! Took 18 months to get our windows put in when told initially it would be 6-8 weeks. Had to have all the trim replaced they put around the windows cause of multiple windows leaking. All they used was metal flashing which they bent on site to look like raised trim. looked good from a distance but very poorly done and definitely not water proof...... Called 9 weeks ago now about getting a window replaced because of the gasses coming out of it and it being foggy and was told it would be 4-6 weeks for the window to come in. Finally I called and was told the window came in the previous Thursday which no one called to let me know and that it would be 2 more weeks before they could come out to replace it. Get a call today saying they are going to have to push it out another week and a half due to INSTALLER TRAINING tomorrow. Don't quit understand this either..... Best advice I could give anyone about using Window World Of Atlanta (********) IS DO NOT DO THAT YOURSELF!!!!!!!!! Read other reviews if this one doesn't deturd you from using them. Horrible **************** All The Way Around, this is just a portion of what we've went through and they ALL LIE!!!!!!!

  Updated review...After a couple of misfires, Window World of Atlanta came through. ******** (Project Manager) reassured me of the company standard and rescheduled me expeditiously; The team was efficient and professional replacing my rear entry door with Transom. The project truly came out better than I hoped.

  Great company. I first had a patio door installed and several years later had windows installed in my older home. This company is very considerate of your time and the sales people did a great job of explaining the product and the installation process. The workers were on time or early. I highly recommend Window World.
