    This Company should be investigated for its unethical behavior by the staff and the rude office Manager. This company goes about holding client's personal property and make it very difficult in retrieving very important documents from your vehicle which was involved in an accident you were not at Falt. Client's make 3 and four trips to this company which documents they require. They don't answer the phone in a timely manner and don't provide you with the information on what is needed until you have made multiple trips to the towing Company. To top it off the office Manager is very rude and calls client's liars. I spoke with the Manager about calls not being answered when she calls me a liar while I was calling Tara Wrecker on my phone in her presence, the just rang. I did not get an apology just walled off. Very, very bad customer service, it's understandable why the office workers are unprofessional, they mimic the office Manager.

    I would have to agree this company does not try to help you get your stuff back or give your vehicle back all the rain it for his add another day another day another day so they get you the way you cannot pay to get the car out and then they on your car as far as Im concerned something should be done about this kind of businesses just trying to hurt the people that are already hurt And I feel the same I would have left zero stars but it would not let me submit it without putting at least one but they do not deserve it
