    August 27, 2025I am filing a formal complaint regarding the actions of **** Towing involving my trailer. On August 27, 2025, my trailer was towed and I was subsequently charged $700 for its release.When I attempted to retrieve my trailer, I was refused access solely because I was on crutches due to a medical condition. This refusal to allow me to retrieve my property is a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act ****** which requires businesses to provide reasonable accommodations for people with mobility impairments. Denying me access because of my disability was discriminatory and unlawful.Additionally, the towing fee of $700 appears to be excessive and potentially unlawful under state towing regulations. I request that this fee be reviewed for compliance with state law.I am requesting the following actions:1. A full investigation into **************** conduct.2. A refund of the excessive towing charge of $700.3.     THEY ARE SCAM PEOPLE AND OVER CHARGING PEOPLE THEY ARE MISLEADING PEOPLE WITH THIER SIGN IS SAYING ONE PRICE AND THE OTHER SIGN SAY DIFFERENT PRICE. THE DIFFERENT SIGN IS AT THERE OFFICE AND IS NOT POSTED FOR THE OWNERS OR CUSTOMERS TO SEE ALSO IT DOES NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT YOU HAVE TO PAY MORE BECAUSE OF THE SIZE OF YOUR CAR
