    This is absolutely appalling to wake up to. I just got a bank notification that your company has attempted and successfully taken money from my bank account. I have never wanted nor pondered on the idea of having a subscription with your company and now not only did u take it upon yourself to force me to have a subscription, but you have taken money from my bills. I have already emailed your company and have now checked to see that not only did u run a payment on my behalf without permission, your company attempted multiple payments within a matter of a few minutes and attempted to use a card that has been closed for months now. Companies around the world are doing this is people and not caring about the impacts it has. This is just wrong ethically & morally. If no action is taken by this company I will be working with my bank to dispute it.

We have not received any previous requests to cancel or update this account, so your subscription was set to renew for another year of service, and the card on file was automatically charged earlier this week. Because the payment is a recurring bill and to ensure subscription services can continue without interruption, our system automatically reattempts the charge if it fails initially. Again, we apologize if this caused any problems on your end.To clarify, Next Vacay is an annual subscription service, and we make it clear upon sign-up and on our website that the subscription renews annually on the date you are first charged. However, we understand that our service, and subscriptions in general, are not always the perfect fit for everyone, so we offer both a 30-day free trial and a 6-month money-back guarantee to ensure members can get the most out of our services before committing to the subscription. Members can cancel their subscriptions at any time or turn off their auto-renewal/subscription feature to ensure they are not charged with recurring payments. Before your help request on September 19, 2023, we had not received any prior inquiries or requests to update or cancel your account and were unaware of any issues. Rest assured, your account has now been canceled and refunded as requested, and you should have received written confirmation of this to your registered email address.
