They don't contact you back about maintenance emergency that you have to handle yourself. They lie and don't reimburse you on things you paid for like internet that's 3 days late. You call leave messages and days later you still have to call them back to hopefully get ahold of them. And last they don't maintain the property it's like they could care less

Owner/Broker *********************** either lacks competency on basic state laws or feels she is above those laws. One would assume after 18 years of experience she would comply with all Georgia state laws. Despite my demands to be present for the move-out inspection she denied me of my right and tried to charge me $3,000 for "strong cigarette smell". Mind you I had three air filter changes/inspections prior to move out with no issues. I had to file in magistrate ***** and WIN in trial to try to obtain what was rightfully mine due to her failure to comply with three state laws. Other ****** reviews had me caution when it came move-out time, and sure enough she tried to do the same to me. There are many good ****** reviews, and you'd never know which ones were in exchange for the $10 ********* giftcard she bribed. Even after the judge ordered her to pay me my security deposit + cost costs, *********************** failed to pay and respond to my emails on where to mail the ***** ordered judgement. She only responded once I had a lawyer write up a demand letter and emailing her on our behalf. Matter of fact she responded within 50 minutes (record time) of the demand letter being emailed from a lawyer. It proves the point of she feels she is above the law and if she thinks nobody is watching her or will hold her accountable, she will try to s**** you out of everything. This is a reflection of how she treats those she feels can't touch her. Why would it have taken a lawyer to email to get what was rightfully awarded to me per the ***** after I emailed her 30 days ago the same information the lawyer shared? She demonstrated major dishonestly and lack of integrity. She demonstrated a gross abuse of power, and I'm sure she's gotten away with it before until she met me. Be careful who you chose to do business with or who you choose to rent from.
