    On November 26 2024 I was supposed to move in on one of They apartments this is the address of the apartment ************************** I was supposed to sign the contract that day I have them my deposit of $500 on 10/22/2024 on a money order which I have proof of it On November 26 2024 I was suppose to meet then at their office at *************************************** at 2:00 pm and also I already had the service of power for that unit I have the contract too I was driving from ******* Ga to ********** on heavy traffic with all my stuff I told them before leaving my old apartment that I was supposed to make it there at 2:00 pm When I got to the office they didnt respond my email, texts or calls while a was in front of their office I knocked the door they didnt show up They claimed theyre werent at the office at the time which I dont buy it I was theyre cars outside and they have cameras they some they didnt care And when they saw me leaving they started calling me back and texting me even emailed me But but that time already leave the town So I demanded my deposit back they ignored me and made look like it was my fault I let it slayed cause my dad passed away the next very day But now I demand my deposit back of $500 Before I take legal actions for Damages

    Residents in out Town home community have been unable to access our community gym for more than 2 months now. Several residents escalated the issue shortly after the issue arose when the issue was not addressed for aver a month. It is creating physical and mental health issues for residents by not being resolved. Several emails have been sent to this property management company. The property management company gives different excuses trying to blame contractors every time, without taking responsibility for their role in coordinating and managing the process until completion. We need this property management company to do their job and manage this process effectively instead of failing as they currently are. they do not take it serious and must be made to do their job diligently, effectively and in a timely manner. Please help our community end this nightmare and lack of diligence from this company and ******* who is the specif person assigned to our community and failing us daily. this company is not responsive. Please avoid doing business with them at all costs ads you will regret it! Thank you!
