      I took my **** ********** Super Beetle to Precision Tune to have them to replace the spark plugs, spark plug wires, and distributor on August 22, 2023. When I came and paid and took the vehicle I noticed that the shifting was very sloppy. I had an appointment that I was late for and to get to it. I went back. I notified ***** about the situation. He told me to bring it in the next week which I did. *** was working there that day and the next thing I know they are pulling my car out of the bay and told me that it would take all day to figure out and would need to reschedule. I rescheduled and went back and was told they are not going to fix it. ***** told me to take it to a ********** place and have them fix it. I asked are you going to pay for it and he said no. I explained the person did it they should fix it. He then went on to say his mechanic (30 yrs old) has driven many Beetles. I offered to to get a letter from a different mechanic that drove my Beetle and *** said it was not needed. Now they are refusing to work on my Beetle they messed up

      I drove my *** to the facility on 2/15/22. Found out via check engine light diagnostic that it needs parts to pass ****************** replaced. Went to the facility the 1st week of March was told hadn't gotten around to it yet. Auto Shield requested a cause of failure video with engine broken down. Went again on 3/31, *** was in a bay with hood up * heads on the ground. **** said the engine had been broken down * during the process 11 of the bolts on the heads were "already" broken off. I took pics of heads * bolts and engine that was still in the **** On 4/20 ****** called said ************ "had been sent in again for the 2nd time" * that my *** was in danger of being towed due to "just sitting there." He also said they were told by Auto Shield that contracts dont allow engine replacements anymore. I called Auto Shield on 5/5 video hadnt been sent only pics of heads * broken bolts in back of the *** were sent on 4/19. Auto Shield rep called the facility. ****** told her that he wasn't sending in a video but wanted an inspector to come out 1st. I started calling corporate headquarters in April. They NEVER answer the phone. Has a recorded message saying will call back ASAP. It wasn't until I called again on 6/2, left a message threatening to call BBB * local news on 6/6 that I received a call from ****, the franchisee owner less than an hour later. Told him the issues. He said that he would call **** * call me right back. It's 6/7, still haven't heard from neither ****, **********************, nor corporate. The few times I did speak with ******, he ALWAYS gave a $4900 quote knowing I have a warranty. Whenever I had questions, ****** said **** handles everything or **** would say that ****** would call back with the answer. The constant runaround made me record conversations. Due to their noncompliance, I can't even get a rental car. As far as the heads, my car still drove without any knocking,, smoking, nor rough riding. I'm tired of the almost 4 months of lies.

      Went to precision auto tune to get my oil changed in my car. Two weeks ago while driving back to work my oil light came on followed by my engine light and my car stalled out. My car was towed to ***************** in ******. Where they thought it was just an engine failure. But when my car was up on the car lift. They discovered my oil tube was missing. Which caused my engine oil to leak out my engine and caused my engine to fail. I notified precision of the matter. Now the manager of the store is trying to claim they now have no record of my car being in their shop. When he stated that they keep records of their cars based off tag numbers. And invoices. He also implied because i payed In cash. That I was playing under the table for a cheaper service like they allow their family and friends to do most times. I received a receipt and they did not put the sticker in my window. Of my car after the oil change. They are now not taking responsibility for my car damage that they caused. It has been Two weeks now that I do not have a car. I have paid for two rental cars and lost money because of this matter.

      Hello, my name is X** and I recently visited Precision Tune **************************************************************************. My services included brake pads, rotors, and a wheel sensor all of which were totaled at $805 cash. My 2017 land rover discovery sport was taken to the location on 2/3/22 promptly at opening of the location ****. By **** that day I called the location to inquire on completion of the services and it was at this time I was told that the brake job had been completed but there had been some damages done to the key that starts the vehicle. It was then explained to me that the mechanic working on my vehicle had accidentally left the key on top of the vehicle when going for a test drive. The key had been lost on the highway and when finally found it had been demolished into pieces. Due to the technology of the vehicle, without proper functioning of this key the vehicle will not start. ***, EMPLOYEE at the time, informed me that he had made several phone calls to the land rover dealership and the only dealership location that could provide another key and program it to my vehicle was in **********, ** some distance away from our area. X** also stated that this ********** location could not service my vehicle until the following Tuesday 2/8/22. Now the vehicle is ready on 2/8/22 the store is not wanting to reasonably compensate me for lost of transportation for those five days without.

      I brought my car in for a routine oil change in early October. One month later I began to see an alert for low engine oil. I checked my oil levels; when I opened my hood there was no engine oil cap. There was also a very low amount of oil. I put a quart of oil in the car but before I could make it back to Precision Tune ********* my engine stalled. I had my car towed there Monday evening and called the store on Tuesday morning to let them know it was there. By 2pm nobody had looked at it because apparently the person on the phone did not alert anyone. After looking into it they said they put some oil in it and got it started but there is a knocking/ticking sound they need to investigate. They said the district manager will come take a look at it. I have not gotten an update since then. They have only called to update me once, after I specifically requested a callback, otherwise I have initiated the conversation with them every time. It has been two weeks and I still do not have a solution or an update for what is going on with my car. I have been speaking with the manager, *******.
