    Excellent job by ************************* and his crew!!! Very professional and courteous. Wrapped all furniture, no damages, and everything was put in it's proper place at the new house!

    Worst moving experience of my life and I am 77. I paid for FULL insurance coverage. They damaged every piece of wood furniture including 4 period antiques. They "lost" an original oil painting worth ****. They denied all the claims. I am shocked at the number of good reviews.Use this company at your own risk.

    Thank you, *******, for your review. Good, bad,or ugly we are always happy to receive feedback from our clients as this helps us strive to do better. We are very sorry for any damages that occurred. With reviewing over your claim, *** has offered to have our restoration specialist come out and repair 6 out of the 8 items that were claimed. The only two items denied was due to being packed by owner, which means we didnt have knowledge of what the items were, and you had declined doing a detailed inventory coming out of storage. Unfortunately, these items are not in our storage and to our knowledge all items have been delivered. We are certainly happy to still have our restoration specialist come out to you to complete any repairs needed for the claimed furniture items. Please give our claims manager a call at ************ and we can proceed with scheduling to have our restoration specialist come out to you.
