      The manager at the ********* ******* store told me I would have to live with the axis being off! Im extremely sensitive in regards to the axis. I returned both pair of glasses. I donated my extra pair to the store. Now I have one pair to wear. I have been a customer for years, and will find another alternative for my glasses. I complained via phone, and never heard another thing from anyone! I have been axis sensitive for years, and never once had an issue with remaking my lenses. The most important thing is that customers are satisfied and can see properly! I could only leave one star, because there is no other choice!

      I went there with my son so he can pick up his glasses. It was 5 minutes to *****they were laughing and having a good time, and as soon as I walked in one left and one said they were closed. That's discrimination! The store closes at 7, and they should it been closed before we came in or after. Keep In mind that I was a customer for like 5 or 6 years, because I'M NOT GOING BACK!after Covid-19 the administration changed and the store went from good to worse one ever!

      The *************** location of Eyeglass World has zero customer service and treats its clients with rudeness and disrespect. After placing an order for two sets of updated lenses at a cost of $850, it was next to impossible to actually receive the completed product. I received numerous automated voice messages that the glasses were available for pickup, but upon arrival at the store, they were not there. Staff and management refused to provide any information regarding the status of the order or when it would be received. Although I finally received the glasses, the appalling customer service is inexcusable. Will never use this business again.

      I sure wish I had read these reviews. I also paid 600 and also told them I have cataracts and wanted the darkest progressive possible. When I returned and inquired why the sunglasses barely worked, the technician that was working on glasses at the time, was very flippant and had a oh well attitude. Come to find out there were 3 levels of progressive and I only got the basic for $600. But for another $90 I could get darker progressives. Hows that for a bait and switch!In addition, The frame that they put the glass in is extremely flimsy and it keeps falling off of my face, Not to mention I barely can read close-up with the bifocals that I ordered as well.Be careful of this company cause youre gonna get screwe!
