      I was in the middle of my eye exam when the doctor kept (accidentally) rubbing up on me i asked him to stop but he jus laughed it off. Was one of the most uncomfortable environments ive ever been in. #pervert

      I would like to leave no stars. I went with my two daughters (Black) and wasnt greeted, or acknowledged. After waiting and nothing we stood up to leave. In walks a White mom and her 2 daughters and the workers (white males) yelled welcome to eyeglass world we will be with you in a minute. It was so racist that it was funny. I wont be returning!!!

      I placed an order online for prescription sunglasses on July 02, 2025. On July 10th, 2025 I noticed on my online order details that my prescription had not yet been verified, so I called and asked why. I was told that it had been verified and it was immediately changed to state verified. Why 8 days to verify a prescription? 8 days....seriously?Then I noticed that the order was supposed shipped on Saturday July 12th, 2025. I expected that it would be delivered soon, so I then requested a tracking number. I received an email stating that the order has been shipped and was provided a *** tracking number.I tested the *** tracking number and come to find out, the tracking number is NOT VALID!.I then check the ship date. Now the shipping date has been changed to Wed. July 16th, 2025 with a *** tracking number that is still NOT VALID!!Then I tried to contact them again for four days without success. I called their customer service number and as soon as they answered a recording stated they are closed and immediately hung up. Then I contacted National Vision who owns Eyeglass World and they told me that their online customer service system is down and would not be available until Monday July 21st. I then contacted the customer service on Monday July 21st and was on hold for over 31 minutes to find out that the sunglasses had been shipped via USPS....NOT ***. I would highly suggest NOT ordering online from Eyeglass World, unless you really enjoy waiting a long time to get your glasses as well as being lied to.

      Provided inaccurate prescription for contacts, went back for them to fix it, complete refusal and denial. Permanent damage to my eyesight due to not being able to pay out of pocket for a 2nd exam and set of contacts (refused return of inaccurate lenses). Called, emailed, and visited in-person to stop harassment and request removal of personal information due to getting frequent calls and emails to make a new appointment. FIVE YEARS LATER it has not stopped and they still have my information.

      Ordered for contacts, put on hold for 20 mins by *******. Finally **** (claimed she is the manager) picked up the call and said she just came back from lunch (ridiculous that customer has to deal with this). I asked her to confirm the address, to which this order is being sent. However, she did not have any address, instead asked me to give her the shipping address. I gave her the address and asked her to repeat it. She made a mistake in it. So I repeated and ask her to re-verify. She was screaming the address back to me and hung up without a word. I had to call back and spoke with **** for a receipt. **** said we are busy and asked me to come in person to get the receipt instead of mailing it to me. This has left a very bad impression. if this is not corrected with transparency, might cause irreparable damage to the company.

      Highly disappointed. Called and was assured they would include pupil distance on the prescription (even if frames were not purchased). I trusted them and sent in my elderly mom. They refused to do it and made for a very stressful experience. I do not recommend and suggest going to a private provider or different chain.

      They didnt do what I wanted I wanted to have smudge resistant lenses and wanted dirt resistant lenses and took over a week to get them and over ************************************************************************************** the door so they are not the only ones doing that so dont behave them because they lie to get your business thanks for this ******* *******

      I agreed to 2 pairs of progressive lens glasses for $199.00 and Ended up with 1 pair for $444.00 false advertisement so I'm out $222.00

      Good exam. But when it came to getting the lenses the advertised price was not given and was told with my insurance it would be almost double cost to me. It would be cheaper to pay out of pocket. I do not recommend to anyone as it is a bait and switch
