      I bought a pair of glasses with progressive lenses in 2023. They broke. I had them replaced with new frames, which the lenses were transferred. The replacement frame broke in the same place, so I took them back. They had the frame in stock, but told me it would take 24 hours to fix them. I returned the next day to pick them up. Someone ordered new lenses, and they weren't my prescription. They also threw mine away. Now I have to wait up to two weeks for the replacement glasses. This is very frustrating to me and not acceptable. I expect some sort of compensation for the aggravation.

      I purchased $600 in glasses 1/26/24. I was told they would be ready by Friday. I went here because they advertise same day glasses however no one explains at all that that is only for bsdic types of rxs and orders. I called the following Monday and was told only one pair is in. My son broke his glasses and couldnt see without them. He also cannot work until he gets them. Went up there today and felt with the manager who was very rude named **** and did not explain anything. I explained to the manager when I came in and and purchased I was told they would be ready by Friday. She only responded 10 days. I told her no one has explained how it works so I am not sure what. She still did not explain. Also told her I am wearing bifocals for the first time and what do I do if I cannot wear them. She chose to tell me that the to wear them for at least a week before I give in. I told her I understand that part but need to know what the options are if I have to come back. I asked, do you exchange them for readers and seeings glasses since I have two pairs of bifocals. She says yes, yes, we will exchange. No more info. After spending $600 with a company on a product I was told would be ready in 4 days and only have one out of 4, I would expect to have been given more info and treated like my money matters. Non of my sons glasses are here. She told me one of his glasses was delayed and when I asked the other pair would be here by Thursday she just looked at me and never answered. I asked her again and she just put up a sarcastic like smile.

      I was in the ************ store on *************. I had finished my exam and was seated at ******'s desk to help me with getting lenses and frames. After looking at several frames I picked one I like and took it to ******'s desk. First off, she was busy talking to her co-workers and saying she had to pay $50 for a windshield wiper. While at her desk she didn't seem into providing me with her full attention. ****** gave me prices on progressive lenses which seemed very high to me. She then gave me a price on a single lense. I'm on a fixed income so I needed to think about it. I asked for a copy of my prescription and put the frames I had back on the wall. When I got in my car she was waving at me, so I went back in the store. ****** asked me if I forgot to put the frames back, inferring that I stole them. I spoke to customer service regarding the incident. The store manager called me and said she talked to ******. ****** told her manager I had several frames on her desk (which I only had one) and she lost track. I told the store manager ****** is just trying to cover her a** for her mistake. It was like the store manager was taking ******'s side.Terrible customer service from ****** and store manager.

      I was refused an eye exam at the ***************** EyeGlass World. I approached the desk and said that I had been waiting awhile. ******, escorted me into the initial treatment room to get me started with my exam. However, instead of performing the initial protocol, she began quoting the copays. I told her that I was aware of my copays. After more back and forth, she "Well, do you want to have your eyes examined or not". I said yes. Finally, and after more comments from ******, she did the initial protocol of my eye exam. Then, she asked me to return to the waiting area. Both ****** and optometrist, ******* approached me in the waiting area, and ******* said that if I did not like their scheduling procedures that I could go to another location and that she would not be giving me an exam. I assured her that I was not upset and that I would like to have my eyes examined as scheduled. When she refused again, I asked ****** to direct me to her superior and she said that "He was off." When I asked to speak to anyone in charge, she said that she would make a call. ****** came back and told me that a "Corporate Manager, ***** would call me." A bit later, ****** asked me to leave. Please note that another customer, witnessed this events in the waiting area. He was less than 3 feet away. He commented, "That was the strangest thing." He gave me his contact information. I contacted Eyeglass World **************** and the agent informed: the optometrist or someone at her direction reported the incident very differently, *******, the optometrist, is the one who refused the exam and that I needed to contact Global ***************, that ***** was employed by Global ***************, ******, an employee of Eyeglass World, should not have been discussing billing details with me. I contacted Global *************** since I had not received a call as promised from ****** I left a message at Global *************** and have not received a call back.

      I went in for an eye exam and was not giving a full exam, he determined my eye sight by showing me four letters, made them blurry then clear and said we done. Told me I dont need bi focals which I have worn for over fifteen years. He never even checked, my exam should have consisted of him showing me multiple different size letters which he never did! This was HORRIBLE service and I will never in my life go back! I will be contacted my insurance company to dispute this exam so I can go get a proper exam! I do not recommend going to this eye glass world! Im positive I was giving the wrong prescription for my glasses and now I have to go to a different place to get my correct glasses. My eyes are getting worse not better so why would he lower my prescription without properly examining my eyes.

      I wish I could give negative stars! They absolutely destroyed my sunglasses today after taking them in for new lenses! I purchased $300 frames and took the chance on this place to put new prescription lenses in and guess what!? They completely destroyed the frames and scratched them to the point that they have to be trashed. These were very expensive Raybans and all their manager would do is refund the lenses they set. They took absolutely NO responsibility for the frames and I was left with the images of the rude people working there. This was probably the worst experience I have ever had at a business. If you value your time and money, stay away!

      The associate that took care of me was clueless. I was over charged, had to return to store to get credit put back on my card. The location I went to was in ********** *******. I even had called my insurance company the day before I went to find out what I should be charged. I informed the associate and I was ignored. I returned home and called my insurance which called the store location and then they offered the refund. Even though I had informed them at my visit several times they were charging me to much. When I returned to the store I didn't even receive a apology.

      The manager at the ********* ******* store told me I would have to live with the axis being off! Im extremely sensitive in regards to the axis. I returned both pair of glasses. I donated my extra pair to the store. Now I have one pair to wear. I have been a customer for years, and will find another alternative for my glasses. I complained via phone, and never heard another thing from anyone! I have been axis sensitive for years, and never once had an issue with remaking my lenses. The most important thing is that customers are satisfied and can see properly! I could only leave one star, because there is no other choice!

      I went there with my son so he can pick up his glasses. It was 5 minutes to *****they were laughing and having a good time, and as soon as I walked in one left and one said they were closed. That's discrimination! The store closes at 7, and they should it been closed before we came in or after. Keep In mind that I was a customer for like 5 or 6 years, because I'M NOT GOING BACK!after Covid-19 the administration changed and the store went from good to worse one ever!
