I'm seeking assistance with the following accounts listed in my credit report. I am complaining because I want these accounts' late payments to be removed and correct the accounts status to be paid as agreed but still the TransUnion credit bureau has no response or action about the accounts in my credit file. To resolve this problem I would like you to aid me to correct the late payments in the accounts that are damaging in my file. Car financial is reporting to the credit agency false information. They have violated my rights. They also continue to harass me, even though they do not own or finance my vehicle. I have receipts to show all payments have been made before their due date and I hold the title to my vehicle. They have also issued people to repo my vehicle.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: I did not sign any contract giving permission for my account to be sold or transferred to a third part concerning my vehicle which was in good standing. They also do not mail any communication to me to notify me. I received a repossession notice and a guy illegal trying to obtain another vehicle that does not belong to them nor has any loan on it. Car financial has been defrauding others that have purchased a vehicle from ************************* and committing fraudulent acts including attaching personal information to other accounts. I have had harassment calls repeatedly for a vehicle from *****. I have the lien release for the vehicle showing the vehicle is paid for.

I am rejecting this response because: the documents you provided were altered. DMV was also contacted concerning the documents you provide. The dealership listed on the lien was contacted as well. A notorized copy of the lien release showing the car is paid for will be provided to all creditors and to the BBB. The only letter you ever sent was a repossession letter after the fact my vehicle payments are being made to the person who my contract states to pay. You are a third party, which I am not in any agreement to pay. I did not sign any agreement with you and you have failed to produce that document to me.

Hello my name is ******************************, I reside at **************************************************************************. I recently ran my credit report with Experian and discovered an auto loan item from Car Financial Services, *** in the amount of $9,614. I researched my bank statements and did not see any charges in relations to Car Financial Services, Inc. Car Financial Services, *** is causing emotional harm to my reputation and acting negligent to provide inaccurate information publicly to the credit bureaus. I never had a direct business relationship with this company and I would like to see the actual written contract and whatever supportive documents that obligates me to this alleged debt presented to me in a timely manner.If Car Financial Services, *** has a clear copy of my driver license. They should submit that as evidence to support this alleged debt.I understand there is a verification process with the credit bureaus. Which is automated and not really 100% accurate most times with the credit bureaus. I will follow up on my end with the credit bureaus and dispute this alleged debt and ask for the proper documentation that relates to this matter. Throughout the process of this investigation I would like to request an audit on the record keeping process for Car Financial Services, Inc. I want to make sure that they are adhering to ************** and Federal laws. I have done my research on this particular company and noticed the past and present federal lawsuits in relation to violations of the Fair Debt Collections Practice Act.I hope that a positive resolution will result from my direct communication in regards to this alleged debt. If you can see in the attached photo grabbed from my consumers report, it states Late ***************************** contrast to what the Two- Year Payment History shows. April 2021, it states 30 Days Late and on May, I paid on time, proved by OK in the report. Now, where and when did 60 Days Late comes from? Justify it.Business response

I had purchased the *** I told them from day one the truck was giving me problems I ask for my money back they wouldn't they wouldn't let us from exchange either the truck was a lemon when they sold it to us and they sold to the loan company and they didn't check it they just brought it I really need another ***Business response

Car Financial has excepted a loan through Happy Car Sales where you will not be happy. I returned the vehicle because it wasn't operating properly. They kept my dowm payment and the car. They lied and said when I voluntarily return the car I won't be financially responsible. This company said I am being financed by them for what a car that didn't work I barely drove in 3 weeks... See.HAPPY CAR SALES COMPLAINTS..They continue to lie and have a negative effect on my life when they have my 2k the car and now I have to pay it off. Nope they are all in the scam.of things together. So I have laid them at God's feet their Karma is specially designed by them. I'm just getting started legally against both of this conning businesses. ?? What happens after BBB is knowledgeable of such things. What do you do about them outside of disputes. They basically continue with poor behavior that aligns with stealing but because they can wors it I such a way. Why why why why why do you let people abuse loopholes in order to gain money. Know it but they are still in business while the many families they effect get to ****** complaints and endure legal fees. They just go skipping away in to the night no worries... the loophole saved the day saved the criminals. **** just to go to this Happy Car lot and buy a car. ***********************!! I paid our car off in December. We Called Car Financial Services to see have the Title been mailed. We were advised that it was mailed out on thr 14 of January. So we called them the were very rude. And advised use to file for a Lein Title. We told them we paid the coat for the *** when we purchased the car, so why do we have to double pay to get our Title we never received. They workers got very rude with talking very smart to us. Advised us to call back Monday and talk to ***** about getting a lost Title and we have to repay for it. That's not fair to us because it was already paid. So we said give us the $ back from the title we already paid for. They told us no cause it's our fault we haven't received it.Business response
