Did a buy here pay here with A&S MEGA AUTOSALES IN ********* car financial took over without verification I contacted both them and dealership to make payments to the correct person a woman knocked on my door and told me she was partners with A&S AND car financial was not supposed to be getting payments and whatever I paid them I will get deducted off my balance on car she said car financial issued a stolen vehicle report on the vehicle and that she had to lift the report off at the police station and give me paperwork and bring back vehicle gave me her number and said her name was ******* this is her response Me:I gotta go to work at 5 u will be back before then right?Her:No I'm sorry I will not be back by 5 you are repossessed you can't call *** at the car lot 216*** have a good night Me: Y wouldn't u let me get my things out my car or take the ********* have my house keys r u serious Her: Are you f****** serious I told you take your money drugs credit cards or weapons you grabbed your f****** purse so don't f****** play that you had money in that f****** car are you serious b****Me:O wow Her: You are blot This is a SCREENSHOT!!! THIS IS UNPROFESSIONAL UNETHICAL ILLEGAL AND the worst experience EVER with any buisness ***** is the rudest individual I have ever spoken with if that's even his name people need to learn how to speak to another human being she came to my home acting as if she was helping me gave me a hug told me I was good and I could pay the 110$ when she got back but nope she was repossessing OVER $110 return fees that was supposed to get sent back to dealership as ***** SAID....these two businesses are a joke and the most unprofessional places I have ever witnessed in my 33 years of life I have seen and been and heard alot this beats it BY FAR! I WILL BE PROSECUTING BOTH businesses employees in car financial need retrained! The bs that comes out their mouths is hurtful unnecessary and not relevant I never got a call notification NOTHING!!!!

CAR Financial did not repossess the vehicle or file a stolen vehicle report. None of the individuals named within the review are CAR Financial employees or agents for CAR Financial. CAR has never visited Ms. ******* residence. Ms. ******* contract was returned to the Dealer September 7, 2023.
