2/12/2024 On February 11 I tried to make a payment to my financial company that is leasing my car when I did so an error message appeared saying my account was an active and to call customer service. I have called customer service multiple times and have gotten no answer to resolve this problem. so instead, I called the dealership where I purchased my car and they had informed me that my account was an active because they assumed I was a different person which is completely unacceptable and not professional on their end. just because we have the same last name me and this person do not share the same social first name or even the type of car we drive. I have called and emailed this company and I still have gotten no response or even a call back on why this happened. I also was not given a formal written notice that my account was an active or even suspended nor was I contacted by email or phone number. so I have no way of paying my car note and now the dealership is requesting I paid them by cash app. This is not the first time I had an unprofessional relation with this company. The employees are very rude and they never answer the phones.Business response

12/8- Requested a letter of validation of the alleged debt associated with the two account's #********* and #*****XXXX via email. 12/11- Responded to me that they couldnt locate my account even after I provided the accounts that is showing on my credit report from their collection agency! Car Financial Services did not ask for any further information to identify me. 12/11- I responded for them to send me to a higher authority. No response as of now.Business response

We are paying for a car that was illegally passed thru inspection and can't even be traded or sold and they are charging **** more than ***** blue book price. Refuse too help us figure out situation and keep harassing us for moneyBusiness response

Went to purchase a car from dealer ***** sales in ******* off ********** and ******. The car had mechanical problems that I was told was being fixed. Never happened was given only half of my down payment back at $700 of $800 back. I waited over a month for the car to be fixed even though made down payment. Long story short was given a loaner car while waiting for car to be fixed. Never got fixed. So I never accepted the car. IT iS STILL SHOWING UP ON MY CREDIT AS A PURCHASE. As a loan for $7986. I have tried numerous times by contacting the car company and the finance company. Neither are helping. I want it off of my credit. And my $800 dollars back for the time spent in getting this issue resolved. I never accepted the vehicle because it never got fixed.Business response

This company made a false report on my credit that has affected my personal life I have contacted the attorney General, the dealer, and a lawyer I plan to pursue a lawsuit, I have all the proof of payments and was always in good standing again I can prove all of this. July 2023 this financial institution claimed I missed a payment which I have provided proof I have given them every chance to correct this with no acknowledgment.Business response

I'm seeking assistance with the following accounts listed in my credit report. I am complaining because I want these accounts' late payments to be removed and correct the accounts status to be paid as agreed but still the TransUnion credit bureau has no response or action about the accounts in my credit file.
