    I am living in inhabitable conditions due to ****** ******* - leasing agent; negligence. In March 2024, the ************** hired a contractor to treat termites in my unit. The contractor left three large holes in my walls that is directly connected to the sewer. The holes are large enough for a person to crawl in. I have bad asthma and it is affecting my asthma breathing in the sewage. I have been on a medical leave from work. I have trouble breathing at night. I went to the leasing office and was banned and sent an eviction notice. Due to ****** Turrizas personal vendetta - I am facing eviction if I do not pay over $4,000. My rent is only $1477. Week after week she has added on extra fees with intent to evict if I do not pay. I just need help. Yes Ive contacted corporate - my calls and emails to regional manager, ****** ***** have gone unanswered.

    Im filing this complaint to prompt an investigation into the unprofessional manner that Rosemont Berkeley *************** and staff continue to ignore my concerns on numerous occasions after submitting several repair requests for my AC unit. I have submitted several requests via e-mail, text messages, phone calls and in person on numerous occasions to no avail. I am reaching out to your office to assist me with rectifying this complain on my behalf in hopes that I finally get a resolution to this matter. I have supporting documents that I can submit that I have forwarded to Rosemont Berkeley Lake in reference to this matter. Due to current conditions making my residence uninhabitable, I also feel that I should not be responsible to pay for services that is not being rendered until this repair is completed in its entirety.

    Dear Rosemont ***********************,I am writing to formally dispute the charges related to the air and mold issues that occurred in my apartment back in December 2023. Despite my patience and numerous attempts to resolve the problem, no one was dispatched to address the issues in a timely manner. As a result, I was forced to miss several days of work waiting for the promised repairs, which caused significant inconvenience and financial loss.I am refusing to pay the excess charges and am prepared to take this matter to collections if necessary. To support my case, I have documented evidence of my communications with your office, including videos, photographs of the mold contamination, and a professional survey that confirmed the presence of mold due to the outdated HVAC system in the apartment.The HVAC system, which is 30 years old, should have been replaced as part of regular maintenance, given that such systems typically have a lifespan of about 10 years. The failure to replace or properly maintain the system rendered the apartment uninhabitable.Given these circumstances, I will not be paying the disputed charges and am prepared to present my evidence in small claims court if required.I look forward to resolving this matter amicably.Sincerely, *********************** . 5/16/2024

    If I can give them a negative I would. I moved in the apartments in June and my air wasnt working after like a week so I asked them to fix it. So many things went wrong my closet fell on me, my kids bathroom sink fell apart, my burners on my stove wasnt working, my laundry room door kept falling *************. But my apartment hasnt gotten lower than 75 degrees since I been there. I asked them if I could break my lease because it is inhabitable for me and my kids to live. They have still not done anything about it. Then one of their maintenance men was trying to get fresh with my sister who I was on FaceTime with, while he was suppose to be there fixing the things I needed done in my home.

    Im literally in tears writing this! If I could give zero stars to this place, I actually would give them a negative thats how horrible of an experience that I have had living here. I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE. Ive been here three years, in the middle of me living here theyve changed how they want to charge for water, and charge for gas. What apartment charges for gas??? Ive had to put in several maintenance fees for my AC to have gone out pretty much every other month, in the summer it went out for two months. My heat currently does not work in the mist of it being the coldest that weve had. I requested for a check out list to move out several times and they want to send it out just a week ago. I put in my notice 12/8 and now theyre trying to double charge me for something they dont even have specified on the checkout list. When I say living here has been an absolute nightmare and I cannot wait to move out & that is an understatement. And then on top of rent being over $1600 a month the buildings look rundown and the gates have been broken I want to say for two consistent years because I havent even bothered to replace my key fob because I dont need it . I could keep going on because thats how trash this place is!!! To top it off they rarely answer the phone yet when you walk in nobody is ever doing anything! HATE IT HERE!!!!
