    I find a pending unauthorized ACH transaction to Cookingits.com on my online bank statement. I want to know how/why this has occured, where and how did they get my account information, and I want this situation halted and rectified immediately. Phone calls go to a "busy number", emails have not been returned.

    I was charged by this business, but I did not purchase anything from this business. I reached out to the business and let them know I had been fraudulently charged and requested a refund. I included the date of the transaction and the last 4 digits of the card that was charged. They responded to my email and asked for the date of the transaction and the last 4 digits of my card. I responded again telling them I had already provided that, and they never responded again, and I was never refunded the amount.
